we have experienced a family medical emergency and the staff came threw for us. anytime we asked for assistance they stepped up to the plate and came through.our van was always there for us. a very big thankyou to all the staff at carshare kitchener

On hand, easy to reserve, and good customer service if you have questions. We have done away with our car and use the bus and car share. Not missing our car at all. Great idea! Works well!!

An active and innovative organization. The smart card control system is almost effortless. Cars are easily accessible, even hours before a booking. Your car never was the right place to keep your burger wrappers: CarShare makes efficient use of expensive automotive resources in a socially and environmentally conscious way. And we all want conscious drivers, don't we?

Horrible Customer Service, Rude Employee's , use Enterprise as you can rent without credit card and save the hassle and disrespect from these idiots!!
