Very friendly and helpful staff. The vehicle I booked was new and clean. Had no problem moving my booking up a couple hours. Best value I could find anywhere AND unlimited KMs! Highly recommend.

Awesome car, Price friendly for student and BEST PEOPLE EVER!!!! I asked several cooperations, only Hertz can reduce the age differential fees for student. People there are good when you enter the office. They will not push you purchase any additional services but they do give very useful advices. Besides, sometime, you need chance to find out how excellent the personality they have. "Luckly", I got the chance. I scratched the vehicle by accident. I was freak out. When I return the car, the lady( I feel it's a mistake that I forgot ask her name) just check the car and helped me fill a form just in case and then let me leave, because I brought the LDW (She suggested me buy it when I was going to rent the car). During the process, she was very patient and keep comfort me. I was so moved. I will choose Hertz forever as if others Hertz are as good as Hertz-Waterloo!! And it's very simple for extend the rent, just call the office. Remember, LDW is very important (for new driver)! At the last, I just want to express thank you to the Madam again. Choose Hertz - Waterloo, you will never regret!

These guys took really good care of me in the past, but every time since I call and they're fully booked for like a week or more. Witch really sucks cuz I'd prefer to drive there from out of town vs being stuck with any of the other guys I have in Guelph. Need to buy more cars so I can stop getting stuck with E*******se.

Came here for a weekend rental, they did not have my reserved model, but did an upgrade for the same price. Came 30 minutes early and they were still very helpful. The best place for rentals for 20 year olds, and they'll even wave the age differential charge for university students. Will be back for sure.
