Do not drop off the keys if you don't want to get rubbed by this company. They literally steal money from their customers. Last time I rented a cargo van I filled the tank in -20 degree weather of  the last day of 2017. I dropped the keys off and  they charged me extra $35 with the excuse tank was not fully filled. I went there, and asked to fix this stupid mistake couple of days later when I checked my credit card. The guy there, looked in my eyes and said if you can not prove that you filled the tank I can not trust you. That's how it works and these guys make money. stealing from their customers. So do not drop the keys off. If you have to, it's better to take pictures from everything if you don't want to get rubbed by Discount.

The first time i rented a car from here they didn't have it for my booked time and I got it 4 hours late. Second time I booked a car I did not get it at all and was told I would get mailed a free weekend voucher from head office, no voucher ever came and when I called back was told head office deals with that. Since then I have rented vehicles(3 cars and a moving truck) from two other companies and a vehicle was ALWAYS there for when I reserved it. I won't be using this company for rentals of any kind up

This place does not deserve the bad reviews it's getting. I've rented here numerous times and they always treat me well. I often got upgraded, the staff is relaxed and I never had to wait for the car nor were any of them dirty. The prices are excellent too. I will be back for sure.
