This is a small outpost with limited choice, but it is in a good location. Because there was only one clerk, I had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time until he returned with a car from the airport. The sign in the window said 15 minutes, and that calling the number would forward the call to the clerk's mobile - 2 lies. The good news is that once he returned, everything went well. And since they didn't have the full-size car I reserved, they upgraded me to an SUV. They also have a parking lot where I could leave my car (I rented because I didn't want to drive my car on the highway) for the duration of the rental.

I would have given 3.5 stars if that were possible, but the clerk was very nice, so notwithstanding the delay, I bumped the rating up, not down.

A store with door open, car keys on the table, and no stuff in the store. the worst experience in Canada with a stuff who claimed to be in the store, but we have actually waited in the store in 20mins for any stuff coming in. This car rental is irresponsible of their service all. We contacted the Canadian contact number, the stuff there called the store. Even me can hear the telephone ringing, nobody comes. After the 20 mins, there is someone comes, the Canadian office just hanged up my call?!! I never met a service call like that. And the man ignored us and serving another lady who just come in? There was supposed to be at least an order of first come first serve.

NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!!! I was hung up on twice wondering about a vehicle. This isn't the first time it had happened to me. I was polite and everything. Last time I call this place! There is a short guy in the store that is good. The taller deeper voiced guy needs to learn phone and  customer skills.
