Only showed up once and they didn't have my car. Avis made good with a gift certificate though. Cars always clean and run well.

Very bad customer service. I am an Avis preferred Plus member and they quoted me rates even higher  than standard rates of Enterprise Car rentals. When i told the guy about the enterprise rates, he rudely told me to go to enterprise because he can't do anything and hung up on me. I am very disappointed with the Avis customer service and will never rent with them ever again.

I'm really happy with Avis, reasonable prices and wonderful system to book cars... The service onsite isn't the better but...

It is a cheating company with terrible employees. When I go will pay the amount is different from the contracted.

I have to agree with the other review here. The customer service is terrible here. They tried to charge me even though I refuel to the full tank.
