Peel Chrysler Fiat

We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Peel Chrysler. Chad was awesome ! We were dealing with him long distance as we live in Sudbury. The prices at Peel were much cheaper than anything local for us. We were very impressed with how prompt and how organized Chad was. He had all of the documents ready for us to sign as soon as we walked through the doors. We will definitely recommend Chad at Peel Chrysler and we will definitely purchase our next vehicle there. We saved thousands !! It was worth the drive down !

You WON'T get a better deal ANYWHERE else. Russ was exceptional. Every detail was prepared for our arrival. We informed Russ of what we wanted and had plenty of options to choose from. Within days we were picking up our new truck with big smiles on our faces. The service was exceptional. We will definitely purchase from Peel Chrysler Fiat again. Thank you, Russ & Danny.

Excellent dealership, staff is extra friendly, not pushy in the slightest. From blowing balloons up for my kids, cracking some jokes, to making me and my wife an excellent coffee, personable sales and management staff, I have to say these guys are awesome. Can’t go wrong with any sales agent. helped me with some options in terms of sourcing parts and amazing pricing. Out of all the dodge dealers in my immediate vicinity, this was the furthest away and am very happy to do business with them (peel Chrysler). Was treated the best here by far.

The vehicle was overheating: I managed to get it "limp" into the dealership just after closing of 6:00pm. John and Leah took the car in. Substantial repair of the cooling system was required. By the end of the next day the car was fully repaired. I was kept fully informed. The work was done quickly and professionally. Service was great.

Love the web site, well laid out and the prices are great. Initially I was frustrated at a lack of responsiveness, but they did get back to me and explained the extenuating circumstances. I like a lot of what I see at this dealership, but I still have concerns. Because I am not close, I wanted to do as much as possible remotely. I asked for an appraisal of my truck (I sent them the window sticker and picture) and it came back at $26-27K (never what you want, but more or less what I expected). Long story short, when I picked a truck and asked to see that deal on paper, the dollars were $2,000 more than I expected. When I asked for clarification, my trade had been reduced to $25K. I appreciate the fact that they did not make me drive out there to find out about the price change, but to change the trade price overnight when none of the information had changed seemed odd (this is not about the condition of the trade, I expect deductions if defects are found). The original deal looked great, just a lot less attractive now, have to think about it. I would certainly consider them again, but it didn't work out for me this time.
