It was a positive experience working with Brayley in the purchase of our new car. He was courteous and professional. He was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. It has been a long time since I purchased a new car and I was impressed with him and the dealership. I thought the tour of the dealership was well worth it and to meet the people from the various departments. From the looks of it, it is one stop shopping for all your vehicle needs. Even though I am some distance away I will try to at least use the fast lane for some oil changes. Oh and the $50 gift certificate was a nice touch.

I first visited Erin Dodge July 2017 and right off the back I felt welcomed and comfortable in comparison to some of the other dealerships I visited. I had the pleasure of working with Vania. She is amazing and unforgettable. I told her exactly what I wanted and not once did she try to force me into something else. The entire process was so smooth & what can I say she really hooked me up with a beautiful 2017 black Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately, people need to stop buying their licenses and respect other motorists on the road. Long story short someone crashed into my Jeep and my beautiful black Wrangler was no more. After a few weeks Vania called ME and helped me through the entire process of getting a new Jeep. My new Jeep is even more beautiful than the first one. She even texted me to see if all was well after the purchase. Vania is amazing !!! Ask for her :)

I don't usually take the time to leave a review unless I've had a negative experience with a business. With Erin, I feel compelled to leave a review because of how consistently excellent they have been over the past few years, and I have used Erin Dodge for approximately 3 years now. Following Doris from her previous location where I purchased my 2012 Caravan, and then Erin Dodge to purchase my husbands 2017 Ram through Vania., I have had both my vehicles serviced by Erin numerous times. I really can't say enough positive things about every department I have dealt with. The sales reps are honest and transparent, the service department has never steered me wrong and have always been fair. I have recommended Erin to friends and co-workers, and I extend that to this review. If you're looking for a new/used car, or need service, or are in need of some body work, I recommend Erin Dodge with absolute confidence.

I dealt with Bo, who at first seemed great. We told him we were in the market for a new or used mini-van for our growing family. Without hesitation, he steered us towards a like new mini-van that had just under 9 thousand km. We fell in love with it and made a deal. Because it was used and already came with warranty he said just that and didn’t go into any detail and when I called him and asked questioned he said you can read it all in the paperwork and just wanted to get off the phone. That’s what you get with commission based I guess, he wasn’t making any money off that part so he didn’t spend time on it. Things you don’t think about when you are excited and buying a vehicle. The biggest things that he neglected to tell us at time of purchase or ever, was that a spare tire was not included in the van. When I noticed and called him he said tires are becoming so good these days you don’t need a spare anymore. Wow, Bull. The tires are not run flat so I do need a spare. I even went so far as to ask him the price and how to get one and he said around $300 but you are in the auto industry so you should be able to find one cheaper. Wow The final cherry on top was according to the paperwork an oil change was done before selling the van to me. However, there is no sticker in the car. I asked him about that. He said it is common practice not to put a sticker in a car when they buy it used and put it on their lot. Wow, bull or bad service department. I have worked in garages and that is a big no-no, its free advertising and helps the customer with maintaining their vehicle. I am not happy with my purchase as a spare tire is very important to me and my family and that could have been avoided if told to me or put anywhere in the paperwork. I would like to be contacted by someone to figure out the next step, but not Bo I do not want to deal with him anymore. Patterson called me and told me that because I did not ask for a spare tire I would have to pay to get one. roughly $500 installed. He compared a spare tire to a sunroof both are afterthoughts not standard. He mentioned that they don't put oil stickers on cars when they first get them because they don't know when that car will leave the lot (i thought oil changes were based on KM, not time?)and most new cars have an oil life monitor in it. I looked in mine and could not find it when scrolling through the in-dash menu but I will use a sticker that made my self. Paterson did take the time to explain the warranty and that was good but I still have a sour taste in my mouth as common knowledge (everyone I have asked) a spare tire comes with a car as much as seat belts do.

Alex really worked with my nephew and I to pick out the perfect vehicle for my needs. I wanted a used van with low mileage and some options. After reviewing what was available we settled on one and made it work; price wise as well as options. Alex worked with the other staff at Erin Dodge to finalize all the paperwork in a timely manner until I was able drive off the lot in a comfortable good looking van. I know I will go back to Erin Dodge Chrysler again. We were able to review the service records on the van. That added a lot to our decision to buy.
