Whiteoak Ford Lincoln Sales

Was in to look at hybrid vehicle options and was gald that I was not mobbed by Spencer who sits right by the door. He only approached me when the kind receptionist told him to attend to me. Added to that he provided exceptional service and made you feel like a person and not just a sale! I will certainly be making a purchase off White oak when its time to buy my planned vehicle although I must mention that your prices are not competitive from other manufacturers such as Honda and Hyundai who manufacture similar hybrid vehicles such as the Ford Fusion. P.S. the coffee area for guests should be better planned and not where it is now. It makes one feel like you would prefer to do away with the coffee options all together. 5 star for Spencer too.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with John W. to find our new vehicle. He was very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. I would send anyone I know to John W. I'd be a little bit wary of the finance staff, as they were quite pushy about trying to convince us to purchase the warranty. Felt like one employee in particular was trying to scare us into it and was dishonest about it (told us we had to decide immediately about buying it, but the other employee told us we had until we picked up our vehicle - a week later). If it weren't for this staff member, this would be a 5 star review. Luckily we spent most of our time with John - who was awesome.

After having some trouble with my car I had it towed here. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and got everything ready for the next day as I got there well after the service desk was closed. The service staff were also great to work with. They updated me on all problems, explained what they needed to to and what they did. Excellent service and workmanship! Will bring my car in the future if I need more work done!

The truck bought not even one month has trouble with 4 High wheel drive every turning or back up Turing, smoke and smell burning. And Auto start & stop not working properly when it -4 cold it never work. We bring it back to the shop. One of Ford front desk with long mustang refused not to fix and told us that the truck supposed to be like that and blame us do not know how to drive and also on 4H not use for turning. He is very rude. P.S: I used Ford F-150 for work and this is my second truck. He told me on 4H not use for turning. Just drive straight and hit whatever in the front.

Both Matt Smith and John Brimo have been nothing but incredible to work with during my sales process. I have just leased a vehicle with Ford and they have both been available answer every question possible... and I have certainly had a lot. While I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted for my vehicle, both John and Matt took the time to explain the new additional options to me, but never once did I feel that they were trying to push me into adding anything that I didn't need (or want). I had leased a vehicle previously (unfortunately not with this dealership) and John and Matt have both been extremely helpful in answering questions about the completion of this lease. They were much more helpful than the previous dealership I worked with. John and Matt make a great team. I can't say enough great things about them!! I can't forget Judy as well - she was super helpful with the financial papers Thank you!!!
