Applewood is my favourite place to take my truck in for service. They provide free coffee, cookies, muffins, and even breakfast while you wait for your vehicle in their comfortable lounge that has a TV, kids play area, and computer stations that you are free to use. I actually look forward to taking my truck in because the breakfast is so good. And if you don't want to wait there for whatever reason, they also offer a free shuttle service for people in the area. They'll bring you back home or to work, and then pick you up at the end of the day.  They have truly set the gold standard, and sometimes I even wonder how they make a profit with all the free services mentioned above. Great job!

James Foley is by far the best Service Consultant I have ever encountered! Apparently I drove too far and too fast on a flat tire and needed to buy a new one. He couldn’t get same day delivery for my replacement tire so he arranged a shuttle to pick me up at work, got me a great rate on a rental car and got my tire fixed to meet my timelines and expectations. Applewood Cadillac give this guy a raise he’s awesome!!!

I am very impressed with the care and honesty of this dealership! I had a part replaced on my car free of charge because the error codes that came up were a common fault on my vehicle.  They also included a courtesy exterior wash which was so unexpected and greatly appreciated!   Coming home tonight to learn all of this honestly made my day. Thank you :)

I just bought my first car, and I am extremely happy I chose Applewood Auto! The process from beginning to end was smooth and I never once felt pressured to make decisions. I was greeted immediately, and Sam, as well as Vince, made sure I was comfortable and happy with the purchase I was making. Both Sam in sales, and Vince in financing went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible “first car” experience. Thank you Applewood Auto!

Customer service was excellent. All repairs were done perfectly and exactly within original time frame given. Amazingly the repair was even $90 dollars less than originally quoted. A really nice surprise. Shuttle pickup was top notch in a beautiful spotless SUV
