The service at this clinic was great! We had Natasha for our first and now our second pregnancy. Couldn't be happier with her service! Great attention to detail, friendly, takes the time to explain what we're looking at and just a pleasure to deal with overall. The clinic also offers to sell pictures and videos of baby, which make for great memories.

Great spot. Was recommended by a friend and it was as mentioned: Quick and efficient. Clinic is also very clean.nAppointments were easy to schedule as well.nnNote: You can bring 1 support person with you for your appointments. You will get your ultrasound pictures on your phone too. No physical copy but you can always print them out.
Always a great experience, I love coming to this clinic for my ultrasounds. They are so on time and efficient, often if I am early for my appointment, they will take me early. Great spot to go. The parking lot is paid, but there are some limited free street parking spots.
I’ve always had very pleasant receptionists,nI gave it 3 stars because it’s extremely hard to get a hold of anyone.nnI’ve been calling within their opening and closing time and respecting their lunch close. It has been a week and I still can’t get anyone, you call and get a beeping sound, every day, all day.nnMost of the technicians are quite nice but others don’t want you to talk or be there. With my first I had a gallbladder surgery and had to go see them and the pressure they were using was so painful. I thought my stitches would open up or my baby would come out: I did say some were nice, and those technicians that I had to chance to meet were kind hearted. They explained everything and went above and beyond making my experience great.nnSadly, out of 2 pregnancies where I had to have numerous ultrasounds I only have one good 3 second video. All of my other images that I’d pay 6$/each look like I’m looking a brushstrokes..nothing looks human. So, this time around, I’ll advocate first and see if paying for an image of the top of belly is worth it.nnIf you’re looking for that perfect profile view image or clean picture of your baby in the tummy..even if you prepare and drink all the water, you will not get it here.nnWith my first baby my husband went in and he had a great experience, for the second is was during the pandemic so I went by myself, so my husband has a good impression of the clinic.nnI’ve never felt rushed as I go in with the mindset that it’s a 10 min appointment, so it’s in and out.nnI did pay to have some specialized ultrasound pictures at UCBaby where they offer 4D ultrasound and they take their time 20-30 min depending on the package you chose and how much you pay.nnOverall it’s great place, clean and convenient, you have the lab in the same location. As I finished writing this review, my call was taken and after 18 min on hold I spoke to someone, I have an appointment in 2 weeks.
