Central Park Medical Clinic

Not even sure where to start tbhnFirst appointment we were told arrive 15 mins early so we did . Doors were locked right up until the appointment started. Floors in the main lobby were pretty dirty .nHer opinions about Autism were very unhelpful and hurtful . Was really hard for my teenage daughter to listen to .nShe refused to refer us to anyone who could help us more specifically, she refused to write I note for her school.nShe put her on a medication. Great we will try it out !nWaited by the phone for our next appointment, never happened no one called . Tried calling the office left a message on the voicemail and it took over 2 weeks for them to even return the call . Keep in mind you can’t reach anyone no one answers the phone. By this time we were being told we will be charged for the appointment and she is dropping my daughter as a patient .nReferring us to someone else she promised that she was sending a prescription for a refill of medication to our pharmacy so that my daughter would not run out . Turns out she never did . I didn’t want to leave this review but leaving us stranded with no refills was the last straw.

I asked the receptionist questions in regards to why things occured they way they did towards the handling of my children and their care and the receptionist became defensive.I was professional to the receptionist and asked for the Marco owner/manager's information so I could bring to his attention exactly what incidents transpired this week in regards to the care of all 3 of my children. She refused to give me her name or his contact info and said she will pass on the message.nWithout listening to the other side, he sent me an email at 930pm forcing me to find another place to send my children. He was misinformed of the conversationnI had with his receptionist and I was accused of many things that did not occur. This is a very poor way to conduct business. There is quite a few bad reviews about the reception staff and customer service. There is obviously something really wrong with the way the receptionists treat people. We can't all be lying. Its obvious the owners behaviour in this matter and probably with many other situations mirrors the same behaviours as the receptionists. This behaviour from the owner and reception staff is considered a form of bullying. I can only imagine how many other patients families have been pushed around and mistreated from this establishment.nnThe doctor's are fantastic. Unfortunately, the staff that books appointments and greets the people are horrible.

I've been bringing my children to Dr Ghobrial at the old clinic since 2014. When Dr Francu took over and moved location's we followed. I have no issues with the doctor's at this clinic but receptionist staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude and straight out lie about scheduling appointments. It's almost impossible to get a same day appointment for my infant who was running a high temperature. All 3 of my children were really sick. I had to wait until the next day to get my youngest infant an appointment and when the receptionist called me back regarding my eldest daughter, I was asked to choose between which child to bring in for that appointment. When I brought in my infant, the doctor asked my why didn't I bring the eldest in. She explained that she had 2 spots open in the afternoon as well as her colleague. I explained how the receptionist was giving me the back and fourth and told me to choose and there are no appointments. The doctor said she will have to speak to them regarding this. I explained I had no other option but to make an appointment right after with Kids Come First Clinic at CHEO. They provide no support or compassion to parents struggling to assist their children. They are so rude and unprofessional. They belittle the parents in person and by phone. Everytime I go in there, their priority is solializing and talking about their personal lives. I have nothing bad to say about the physicians but the receptionists are terrible and make our already stressful situation with our children worse.

I love this clinic! Receptionist Victoria is so nice and gentle with my 3 kids always making them smile! And always Responds to my emails quickly, And what can I say about Dr. Falsetto she is amazing I recommend her if you are looking for a new physician.

I can't show my appreciation towards the Central Park clinic and staff enough. They are thorough, helpful, and friendly every time we interact with them. My daughter was sick all weekend and Chelsea was able to get my daughter in to see one of the doctors within an hour. When your child is sick, a fast response is what you're looking for, and the clinic does just that. Each of the doctors we have seen which is many of them have always been so kind, take the time to explain things and great with the kids.nThank you all!
