Dr. Allaw was my doctor for 2 years.nHis demeanor is the most disgusting experience I have ever have with anyone in the medical field. My son and I were both patients and can not understand how he was ever certified in the medical profession in Canada. I get we need doctors in Ontario, but he isn't a doctor, he doe not follow any guidelines I have ever experienced by a doctor. He tries to self diagnose his patients and put you on medications without knowing a cause.nHe doesn't know how to perform a physical on a Woman.nHe is arrogant, ignorant and just plain rude. His English is poor and he mumbles you have to continuously ask him to repeat himself.nI was really sick and could not get into him and saw another doctor at his clinic. He and his assistant reached out to me separately and both scolded me for seeing another physician as it would cost him money. That just shows he does not care about the health and wellness of his patients.nI am fortunate to have found a new doctor for my family who is amazing!!nI am sorry for anyone who has to deal with Dr. Allaw and the absolute terrible service you experience at this poor excuse for a medical clinic.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude, impatient and disorganized reception. I cannot even stress enough how rude and unhelpful the receptionist is.nA year ago I secured a GP here and saw her once. Called for follow apt and was told to go to the walk-in. Asked if I still had a GP and the receptionist wouldn’t answer the question and insisted we attend the walk-in.nSaw a walk-in clinic doctor after waiting in line for 3 hours. The walk-in doctor would not make conversation and thus never followed up on the issue I was there for, never even introduced himself, barely spoke English it seemed and would only renew a prescription I had from another city I lived in prior. He saw me for less than 30seconds and rushed me out. I was shocked!nI eventually found out that the other original doctor we had retained is no longer seeing patients in person and didn’t retain most patients but we were never sent a letter to inform us of this change.nThe office was dirty, paint peeling on the walls and had broken lights hanging from a wall.nAgain, I can’t stress enough how appalling this office is and how awful the staff and doctors are. Do better people!!!

Hello to all Staff in the Southbank Medical clinic. I appreciate Your amazing Support and Work. They are always welcome and helpful in terms of serving patients, in my opinion, they are doing a great Job.nLast morning I was so Impressed. While I was waiting for the doctor's note, another patient asked for help with some of the printouts for her. Even though I think that not their responsibility one of the receptionists asked her to send it out so she would print it, however, another receptionist did not wait he found that form in their system - and printed it for her.nYou Guys make a positive difference and give Positive Emotions for Your patients.nThanks.

I arrived asking for a rabies shot, as OPH has had them done here in the past. They said the practitioner who does them was not in and would be in tomorrow.nnI arrived the next day and was told the practitioner was not in, and try again another day. They provided me with a phone number.nnWhen I called this phone number another day, they informed me that nobody does rabies shots here.nnIn short, multiple trips and days of time on a time sensitive medication wasted by either lies or errors by their front desk staff.nnIn general, this location is extremely overworked, and they are unable to maintain a reasonable quality of care. Only use this location if you have no other alternatives.nnThey are trying they are just failing.

I'll share a positive experience. Yes the wait time was almost 2+ hours but we got to see a doctor on a weekend instead of having to go to the emergency. The wait times are bad everywhere and it's a shame that they won't call or text you ahead of time. Still though we got what we came for
