Awesome experience! Booked an appointment and arrived 5 minutes ahead of time, just in case...They have a window you go to to say you have arrived and the indicate to all the service reps, an appointment client has arrived. Then the first free rep takes you at your appointed time. I was lucky enough to get Carol-Anne. She booked me in and was my rep for the services I required. In and out in 20 minutes, couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for making my day!

Even surprised myself giving a Service Ontario location 5 stars. I had to replace a license and health card. Not wanting to stand outside and wait I opted to drive a bit further to this location in a shopping mall.nI was armed with all the supplies expecting to wait hours. NOPE! In and out in 30 mins. I know, CRAZY, but it's true. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Well done and thank you!

Good day madam/Sir.nToday at 240 pm my wife and I were there to renew my wife's health card. We booked the appointment a month before and we received the instructions which documents were needed for renewal. When we got to the window the second from the gatethe lady seemed to me new. We showed all the documents that are required for renewal including the latter from the land lard. Driver licence. Canadian passport and the old health card. She did not accept those documents and asked us to present a valid bank statement for three months.nI asked the lady for which to prove you want a bank statement. She replied for the prov of residency. I told her we have driver licence and letter from the land lard.are these not enough. She did not respect that and kecked out to present the bank statement.nMy wife looked for 40 minutes to view the banking history on the phone, as she was not good in technology and she became very stressed and me two. Finally the bank manager a lady by the Name of Jen helped as and accepted the driver licence. Although I told the previous lady and her coworker beside her that we have the driver's license, they both said we do not need the driver licence.nDear madam Sir. Please do a serious follow up in this regard and let us know. They have to apologize.

DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH!! The RUDEST staff you’ll ever find. They act like they are being paid to not do the job. I have been there 3 times for OHIP and every time they give me a new reason on my employment letter. I work for a global company and my colleague was able to get his health card from another location using the same letter. The first lady was so rude and the guy next to her and the manager backed her up by yelling at me. Would not recommend going to this place ever!!!

Seems to be a very unhappy culture at this workplace! The female employee who served me yesterday Jan. 2, 2024 was quite unpleasant in her service no manners and was unprofessional shouted at me to remove my glasses for the photo I had to have taken. Whilst this happened another female employee shouted with visible anger in her voice and facial expression at another member of the public in the room for all to hear saying that their number had been called multiple times! Shocking and disappointing behaviour, and incredibly unprofessional.
