I've been going to classes at 3sixty for a couple months and I love it. Its great that there are two studios, lots of different class options, but most of all, the instructors create such a supportive, welcoming atmosphere, while still leading very challenging classes. If you're looking to start pole, or for a pole studio in Ottawa, I can't recommend this place enough :-
I’ve never felt so welcomed at a studio before! The instructors, other students and atmosphere are so great. Pole, hoop and aerial silks are all such great workouts, each with their own skills. I joined during the pandemic and it’s always been very clean and spaced out. The classes are just the right size and allow for ample practice time in each class. Thanks team!
We had such a wonderful time with our instructor Gehana for my bachelorette party.nI was super appreciative that they got my group in for a private pole class so last minute two days notice only! The energy and atmosphere of the studio is very inviting and inclusive.nWe were able to learn a whole routine and even make up our own with the moves Gehana taught us.nWe were laughing and having fun the whole time. It was also such an intense workout! We were all sore the next day.nWe would definitely come back to do this again.nCould not recommend more!nnThank you again!
3sixty is an awesome place for learning for all levels. You can always find friendly faces there. They promote a safe respectful learning environment and try their best to foster a sense of community among students.nnIf you're interested in competitions, they do their best to provide guidance, help you sort out all the rules and guidelines, and brainstorm the routine sequences for your performance piece.nnI've been attending classes for more than 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about the instructors, the staff, all the students, and the general management.
I really had fun tonight. After taking a 4.5 year hiatus from pole dancing after 7 years of , it felt good to be back on the pole. Even if it was an intro class. I really enjoyed my instructor Caidence. She was engaging, funny, supportive and I think she read the room well for our abilities.nnMy only worry is the way they teach. it’s way more advanced in teaching than I was originally taught. But maybe it was because we all could do the first few moves right off the bat! Maybe they want to cater to some that get bored easily and are more gymnastic in nature.nnI do like the fact that it’s not every week same night. You can pick an intro class, for instance, through out the week as they offer the same classes almost each night.nnSo if you are a beginner you may stay at the intro level for a while if your strength is poor. I believe instructors will tell you when you can advance.nnCaidence did an awesome job of teaching. Really enjoyed her teaching style.nnMy 4 stars is only because I think the curriculum is a bit too advanced for the levels. We shall see as I progress.
