The lady with white hairs who took my blood doesn't know how to do her job and after couple of interruptions in the blood flow and asking me to twist my arm while noddles inside she told that we are done whilethey got 250ml instead of 480 ml and that dishonesty to just shut the client up was really annoying. Not recommended to go there.Hemo quebec crew are more professional and efficient.

amazing place with wonderful people. came to donate blood for the first time & they were excellent. very gentle & had a pleasant experience donating blood.

Great friendly environment. All the staff treats you extra nice. The schedule time is a few minutes later, but goes very smoothly. Lots of snacks available. Keep in mind they dont accept walk-ins, only by reservation.

I'm giving this place one star, I've been thinking about writing this review for a while now. I experienced some backhanded comments that felt racist plus the person who took my blood wasn't skilled and it was painful and left my arm bruised.

Great experience from all the staff. It was my first time and they are very good to explain all the details and help through the entire process. It was very busy this day so the schedule was behind about 30 minutes or so which meant we had to wait outside in the queue. Dress warm if it's a cold day.nnI can see why people do this on a regular schedule. Other than the time it takes, the whole process is simple and painless. I find getting my yearly blood sample taken more uncomfortable since they are replacing 3-7 collection tubes.nnAnd the snackies! Well, to sit on my butt for 10 minutes and get rewarded with juice, Kind bars, and chips?? C'mon! I see why my dogs are so well trained now.
