I love the staff here, I wish they had coffee or tea as part of the snack room at the end I'm not a fan of juice boxes but they have lots of places to get some water. The cookies and goldfish crackers are good. Will definitely continue to go here!

Great friendly environment. All the staff treats you extra nice. The schedule time is a few minutes later, but goes very smoothly. Lots of snacks available. Keep in mind they dont accept walk-ins, only by reservation.

Great experience from all the staff. It was my first time and they are very good to explain all the details and help through the entire process. It was very busy this day so the schedule was behind about 30 minutes or so which meant we had to wait outside in the queue. Dress warm if it's a cold day.nnI can see why people do this on a regular schedule. Other than the time it takes, the whole process is simple and painless. I find getting my yearly blood sample taken more uncomfortable since they are replacing 3-7 collection tubes.nnAnd the snackies! Well, to sit on my butt for 10 minutes and get rewarded with juice, Kind bars, and chips?? C'mon! I see why my dogs are so well trained now.

Every employee I encountered during my most recent visit was amazing, from the greeter, the woman who triaged me, to the staff taking the blood samples. I was sat far from my sister and the gentleman setting my sister’s needle up he was so funny - I wish I had grabbed his name joked that I could switch to be near her. So I did just that, and him and the lady that started my donation were personable and did their jobs efficiently. I always go to the Carling location and for good reason.
