We waited for our turn patiently..nnWhen it was our turn, we and some issues and the staff said she need to see a photo of the offer letter. I immediately called my manager in between his works, and he typed and sent me a photo of the offer letter.nnAfter waiting for 1 hour and I approached the same staff again with the photo of my offer letter,nnBut she said she needs a pdf format and not a photo and she went to her 30 min break nnAre they doing it on purpose? Why can't they be sure of what they need?

Very busy, of course, and it will take a bit longer than you might think...but...nnThe staff are very helpful and knowledgeable! And although it takes time, they seem very efficient and dedicated.nnPlus, you can make friends with the other people in line while you wait!

Staff is incredibly patient and supportive. But they are just overwhelmed by the number of people coming in. The wait is simply too much. Our number was 37, I remember having seen 27 displayed for about 30mns... having seen that, we ended up leaving after almost 2 wasted hours.

The staff are very kind people who work strictly by the books, as you might imagine. Always crazy busy. Come very early and expect to wait in a cramped room for easily 2 hours, possibly more. No handicap accessable seating, and not nearly enough seating for the traffic they have. Most people wait outside in the parking lot.
