Our physician is excellent, the clinic itself is not great. Dr. Adeleye is an incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional doctor and I'm so grateful to have him. However, every time we need to interact with the clinic it is a pain in the butt. Most of the time when I call to make an appointment, it says the number is unavailable. Not a busy signal or a message saying they're unable to answer the phone, but that the number itself is unavailable, as if the clinic had shut down. Have to call back repeatedly throughout the day to try and get through. Online booking portal is useless and has my info wrong. They've had my partner's name misspelled for years and never correct it when we point it out. Incredibly frustrating. If the doctor weren't so great it'd be a 1 star review for sure.

Dr. K Adeleye is my family physician.nI am so grateful I found him as my doctor. He is amazing. He is very nice and really pleasant to talk to.

So you look under their website and it says looking for new patients, you call them and the person tells you no they are not looking for new patients. Take down the looking for new patients off so people stop calling and stop sending an email to no one to answer. Why is so hard for places to do their job properly.

This is the first time I came to this clinic with my mom who is 92 years. I transferred to this clinic with Dr.Ali Al-Shalchi, and I’m from Québec. The receptionist told me to pay 80$ because I have the Quebec healthcard. She told me I couldn’t see the doctor if I didn’t pay so I offered her to pass my credit card to pay but She wanted me to go to the bank and come back which is ridiculous since I was with my mom who had an appointment and wasn’t feeling well.A manager named Harpreet met with me and was very rude, she wasn’t polite nor professional. She told me to go to the emergency if I didn’t wanna pay. I’ll do my own investigation about this but I do not recommend this place they should’ve been reasonable and tried to find a solution, the staff NEED a better training.
