Winners

I usually shop here on Sunday mornings after church. The outlet is not so crowded in the morning. I was lucky to find a pair of beautiful Flipflop sandals for less than $50 and a pair of DKNY sneakers for less than $60. I was very happy with my buys. These merchandise easily cost more than $200 each.

The MANAGER on duty at Winners today, named Claire not sure about spelling, was shockingly unprofessional. I was trying to return two birthday gifts with gift receipts, but one wouldn’t scan—and instead of explaining or helping, she made me wait 45 minutes . When she finally returned, she told me to call my friend and ask the price, then guessed a price and said, “If you don’t want it, I can’t help you.”nnI accepted the store credit and told her it wasn’t a nice experience and that she could’ve said sorry. She responded by telling me to LEAVE THE STORE AND DO NOT COME BACK. I was shocked. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a manager. Interestingly, after me she argued with another customer and her attitude didn’t improve.nnWhen I said I couldn’t believe a manager would say that, she told me to complain if I wanted, and that she didn’t care. I’ve never had a customer service experience like this. I left feeling disrespected, and completely disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to manager, Claiere. She was extremely unfriendly and came across as bossy, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or valued as a customer. Instead of addressing or solving any issue, it seemed like she didn't care about customers or the Winners.nOverall, I felt very dissatisfied. Hopefully, management will take customer feedback more seriously in the future.

Large store, good selection and good pricing. Parking in the back there can be tough to find. Easier to park elsewhere and walk through the mall into this Winners location. It has cashiers at the front and the back of the store which is different from locations like Granville and Metrotown. It is nice and makes it a quicker to get in and out.
