If I could give a 0 star review I would. Terrible customer service. No one cares about helping customers. Waited in line for over 30 minutes, day before Christmas and only two cashiers!! 5 other people just reorganizing the tills but no one attending customers. Unbelievable!! Never coming back

One of the bigger Winners locally. Inside Park Royal. Local traffic is very bad during weekends. Hard to find parking as it's very busy. There's some good stuffs but it's very busy shopping mall. Avoid on weekends if you need to cross the bridge. Not worth the 40 mins bridge traffic.

I usually shop here on Sunday mornings after church. The outlet is not so crowded in the morning. I was lucky to find a pair of beautiful Flipflop sandals for less than $50 and a pair of DKNY sneakers for less than $60. I was very happy with my buys. These merchandise easily cost more than $200 each.

I have a love hate relationship with this location. Out of all the North Van winners locations I think they have the best inventory but their layout needs improvement and the sales floor isn’t always organized to the standards it should be. This location is also always very busy and there is never many staff on the sales floor or on the registers. The staff don’t great you. The staff that work at the jewelry counter are the worst. Always older middle eastern woman and they have bad attitudes and talk to each other in their language in front of you. I returned a set of rings the other day and it took way longer than it should have. It took two of them to figure it out even though the tag had remained intact, I had my receipt and there was a duplicate in the showcase they could use as reference. They seemed completely confused by why the price was - $79.99 the rings were real gemstone with 14k gold plating and were acting like they weren’t going to do the return at first and I was being disingenuous which isn’t winners policy winners has a no questions asked rerun policy. I wish I didn’t have to come here but it’s the inventory that always pulls me back.

Big one floor location. The shelves are tidy. It has a lot of categories But selection is not enough for each category. Some shelves are quite empty perhaps it’s due Xmas shopping previously.
