I usually shop here on Sunday mornings after church. The outlet is not so crowded in the morning. I was lucky to find a pair of beautiful Flipflop sandals for less than $50 and a pair of DKNY sneakers for less than $60. I was very happy with my buys. These merchandise easily cost more than $200 each.

I enjoy window shopping at the Winners Shopping Store. Every time I visit, I find a good item at a reasonable price. I'm particularly impressed with their wide selection of ladies' shoes, from everyday sandals to elegant heels. What really makes this store stand out for me is their easy-going refund process, which makes impulse shops worry-free.

Dear Winners Management,nnI’m writing to share an unfortunate experience I had at your store on Victoria Day yesterday around 5 PM. I was at the jewelry counter looking for a chain for my pendant.nnThe staff member assisting customers at the time was an older woman, likely over 50. While I waited patiently for about 15 minutes as she helped another customer, she spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner when it was finally my turn — despite my polite and calm approach.nnThankfully, another colleague who returned from her break was kind and apologetic, which I truly appreciated. However, I don’t believe such unprofessional behavior should be excused, even if a staff member is tired.nnI kindly suggest reviewing staff scheduling and customer service standards to help ensure all customers are treated with respect.nnThank you for your time and understanding.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to manager, Claiere. She was extremely unfriendly and came across as bossy, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or valued as a customer. Instead of addressing or solving any issue, it seemed like she didn't care about customers or the Winners.nOverall, I felt very dissatisfied. Hopefully, management will take customer feedback more seriously in the future.

The MANAGER on duty at Winners today, named Claire not sure about spelling, was shockingly unprofessional. I was trying to return two birthday gifts with gift receipts, but one wouldn’t scan—and instead of explaining or helping, she made me wait 45 minutes . When she finally returned, she told me to call my friend and ask the price, then guessed a price and said, “If you don’t want it, I can’t help you.”nnI accepted the store credit and told her it wasn’t a nice experience and that she could’ve said sorry. She responded by telling me to LEAVE THE STORE AND DO NOT COME BACK. I was shocked. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a manager. Interestingly, after me she argued with another customer and her attitude didn’t improve.nnWhen I said I couldn’t believe a manager would say that, she told me to complain if I wanted, and that she didn’t care. I’ve never had a customer service experience like this. I left feeling disrespected, and completely disappointed.
