Bed Bath & Beyond

I went online to their web site looking for a two burner electric burner. THEN drove to the store where they had none .. I mean no burners... single double whatever. So I asked an employee and he went on line and said yes he can order it in but I have to pay upfront.. I said you have three different two burners listed what if I want to compare them..again I would have to buy all three and wait 6 days or longer till they arrived. I would then be refunded the two I didn't like. The manager in the store was called and he said that was there policy.... TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THIS STORE IS A JOKE.. WILL GO TO CANADIAN TIRE... MY ADVICE GIVE THIS COMPANY A BIG MISS

Excellent service. The staff went out of their way to get me everything I wanted. I have never seen a store so clean. The isles are large and very easy to navigate. I felt like a kid at Christmas. You have to check it out for yourself.

This is by far the best bed bath and beyond location I've ever visited. Friendly and helpful staff. The store is large enough that not everything is jam packed up the walls lile you normally find in these stores. It truly felt more upscale than I'm used to feeling at bed bath & beyond. Will return!

It is a good shopping place. But the reason I give it a 2 star is they said I could get 20% off after I register at their website. (I could buy things first, and come over their store with the email to get the refund.) So I did register and waited for 4 weeks, constantly checking my email. But I haven't received anything yet. It is a bad promise to customers.

Really helpful attendant took me through duvet/pillow/sheet purchase start to finish. She spent a lot of time with me and I felt very looked after and valued.
