I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this location. Three times now, I've encountered a large staff meeting right at the entrance of the store, creating a super uncomfortable atmosphere. Witnessing the manager talk down to employees in front of shoppers is incredibly off-putting. Despite the good finds, the lack of professionalism has left me with a bad impression and diminished my respect for the establishment.

Home Dents.nnI can't claim to have come up with this pun on their name. One of my wife's friends who lives in west Vancouver did that. I shouldn't say that I don't like what's in here because I do get things in here. Oddball food items, some nice cookware, and odd little pieces furniture. But the furniture you have to take with the caveat. It's not particularly well made it's just a step above the semi-disposable stuff you get at ikea.

I visit Homesense Park Royal location very often to the nature of my job. The store manager Didi, treats the staff and clients rudely. Costumers can hear her in other isles , her tone is offensive. She is not capable of handling such a big store. Its been several time that during my visit I overheard her speaking in a very demeaning manner to the staff who are quite welcoming and nice. Next time I will make sure record her to report. Very disappointed in her unprofessional behaviour.

I love home sense whether shopping for home items or gifts. They have an extensive stock of all things home decor at very reasonable pricing. Its hard to walk out without buying something. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

This place always have unique things you can find. Bought a couch and a dining table here that I've never seen anywhere else and i didn't see it again. Always a great place go in around holidays since you get see the new decorations
