I went to Walmart Square One today to get some Tums, Magnesium & some itching cream. Because of the snowy and windy weather forecast, I wanted to get in and out of Walmart as fast as possible. So I asked for help but the person I asked told me I had to find it myself because she didn’t know where they were. So I went around the Pharmacy and Beauty area, there was someone her name is Li standing at the stand alone cashier and when she noticed that I needed help, she came around and showed me where all the stuff was. She even compared the prices and the products for me in order to get the Best Value. This shows how much she cares for her customers. She was very patient, friendly, helpful and professional, she spoke very softly, I kept thanking her for helping me but she said this is why she’s here for: helping people. During so many Walmart visits, this is the only time I receive the Best customers service ever!!! I really appreciate all she did for me and she saved me a lot of time so I missed the major winter storm! Thank you Li for all your help and support!
This location is unique because it has two levels — groceries, kitchen items, cleaning essentials, electronics, furniture, and appliances are on the lower floor, while everything else is upstairs. The staff interaction is decent, and the location itself is very convenient. The only challenge is finding parking close to Walmart, as it’s usually crowded. Overall, a decent Walmart with a good selection.
Very disappointing experience at Walmart Square One, Mississauga.nnI purchased two medium trays of brown eggs, and when I got home, I realized that one tray was missing two eggs. The tray is clearly labeled as 18 eggs, but there were only 16 inside. This is unacceptable and honestly shocking.nnI am attaching photos of the tray showing the missing eggs as well as the receipt as proof. Customers should not have to count items at home to ensure they received what they paid for.nnI expect better quality control from a store as big as Walmart. Please be more careful—this kind of mistake breaks customer trust.
This have everything here it's a good Walmart but it's just a little busy and a escalator from the first floor to the second floor would of been good other then that this is one of the best Walmarts so I would recommend this one if you looking to buy stuff.

The representative responded dismissively, said “fine,” and ended the call abruptly.nnI understand that there may be limitations to what customer service can do, but I was simply looking for guidance and respectful assistance. Being spoken to rudely and having the call disconnected was disappointing and unprofessional.
