Came into browse on Dec 27, with many others for Boxing Week deals. Festive decorations up and lots of people taking snaps in front of them. Couldn't find what I needed, after waiting a while to receive assistance in the jewelry department. They had a cute customize your own beanie hat station
This pop-up store opening in Nordstrom looks super cute. Milk’s brand may be famous but their ice cream is salty. No line up, maybe people just wanna try this American brand. My friend recommended but I didn’t expect Milk’s ice cream could be salty, isn’t its name supposed to be milky and creamy?
Overall I had a good experience shopping at Nordstrom. I just wish the customers that are spending money would get better gifts, samples. I had to ask for it. Usually I shop online and more gifts available plus cashback that you can get. They should encourage people to buy at the stores.
Love this kind of large surface high end store. Great selection, even just to look at, if you don't have the budget ; There are makeup and perfume, and a large selection of sunglasses and handbags.
I'm not from a city that has a Nordstrom, but wow are these beautiful. They are well laid out very bright and just have a really great vibe to them. The staff in the men's department are excellent and very helpful. Prices are on the higher end but you're getting amazing quality.
Lots of brands and selections. Sales associates are very helpful and not pushy despite the commission model. Things are on the higher price scale compared to other department stores. You do ultimately get what you pay for so for most part it will be higher quality and design but that may not be for everyone when a single shirt is $300 compared to $30 at winners literally across the street.
I'm excited to witness their impulsivity finally of indigenous and hopefully other brands from various cultures.
Very well laid out store. Lots of options. Very courteous customer service. All around a very pleasant experience. Only concern is extremely high price for certain not so top of the line items.
Outstanding Customer Service - David Bong I had such a great experience purchasing my wedding suit through Nordstrom's men's department. I was immediately welcomed by David Bong who was so genuinely friendly and knowledgeable with helping me choose a suit that fit me and the colour scheme of my wedding. David truly MADE the experience and went out of his way to serve me and ensure he was at the store when I returned for pickup after tailoring should I have had any concerns or need further adjustments. You can truly feel his passion and the care he has for his work and customers.
I almost don’t want to share this hidden gem of a place to get grad dresses but….this place is the best! I went in with my soon to be grad with a budget and dress in mind and with Nordstrom’s free styling service there was a stylist who was amazing! She knew her stuff and very professional going around the massive selection looking for a dress. I waited in the most comfortable dressing lounge while my daughter tried on many dresses being handed to her by the stylist. In the end we got a few dresses because they were so reasonably priced! Around $50-70 per dress, great quality and style! Isabella was our stylist and even though she mentioned in the beginning she was the only one on the floor she still managed to make it happen without saying “NO” and only a “YES”. Great customer service! We both left with gratitude and a smile on our face! Thank you Nordstrom for the exceptional customer care!
