I found a perfume that was locked in the display case, but the seal had already been opened, there was no plastic wrapping, and it appeared to be less full than expected. I politely asked if a discount was possible. I completely understand that discounts are at the manager’s discretion, and I had no issue with being told no.nnWhat bothered me was the manager’s Mary Anne attitude. She spoke to me in a rude, dismissive tone, rolled her eyes, and made faces while explaining that perfumes are never filled to the top and that no one could have touched it because it was in the locked case. The decision wasn’t the problem, it was the way I was treated. A little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way.

I am a regular customer of winners but this branch is different the girl standing there insulted me when I touched a perfume to buy. We as a customer to buy have to pick the item and head over to the counter to pay but she told me why are you touching perfume. I was going to buy paco rabbane which was for 149.99 at winners but because of that girl I paid 50$ more and bought it from shoppers drug mart for 199.99$ I would consider spending 50$ more rather than getting disrespect as a customer and still buying from the store

Store is ok, well maintained. But the lines at the cashiers… More than 15 people waiting in line while only 2-3 cashiers are working. Sometimes I don’t have time to wait and just leave my desired items at the store.

I visited this location today around 8:10 pm & one of the staff named vadim was very rude to me and my girlfriend even though we only asked for a simple thing. They should be welcoming to everyone atleast. Very bad experience never coming back to this location even if it’s close to our house.
