TOPMAN

Tried to purchase an item. TRIED but did not succeed. March 9 /12:15 The only cash that was open had one staff who acknowledged me standing in line but was busy doing something on his screen that he never completed while I waited. Another fellow was doing something similar, while two young women staff were just having a long conversation that was apparently more important than ringing up my sale. Four staff and one customer and still no sale, because after 5 minutes I walked away in disgust. Very poor. Guess I didn't match their age demographic.

Husband asked me to find a store where a stylish gay man might be able to help dress him, so we went here. There were plenty of stylish gay men around, but none of them seemed to be working there. Husband then said "I wanted to be dressed by a gay guy, not dressed like him" Oops........ Anyway great store, could use some more pants other than skinny fit!

My fiancé and I had a great experience at TOPMAN. I have shopped their before but this time I was looking for suits for my wedding party and I had a lot of questions. A staff member introduced me to Brian Chan the personal shopper on site and he did an INCREDIBLE job. Brian answered all my questions and made the process run smoothly and even helped me problem solve after some of the suits didn't fit weeks later. Full disclosure: I used to work at TOPMAN so I have considerable experience with their wares. They are trendy, but not on the same level of urgency or product turnover rate as Zara or H&M, and their overall quality is better. Be warned, TOPMAN panders to the skinny. Their most generous fit—Slim—still favours the slender. That said, quality varies quite a bit. I own and still wear pieces of their Made in England suits and Harris Tweed jackets, which will should last me a long time. TOPMAN Premium and LTD are also good quality, well made lines;. I believe TOPMAN Lux is defunct, but that was a favourite. They received a limited fall delivery of TOPMAN Design that comes off their runway show in London overpriced novelty pieces. Outside of the lines I named, things quickly turn the way of fast fashion with lots of synthetic materials and cheap quality—use discretion. Both TOPMAN and TOPSHOP have personal shopping services located at the back of the store at no cost. It's popular among parents with teens, young couples, or young professionals who are just starting out. Main mall entrance from the food court is wheelchair accessible with a mechanical ramp—ask store associates for assistance as they have the key and ability to operate the ramp. Overall OK, but I find little reason to shop here anymore.

One star no outfit. You should be able to make an outfit and colour out of all the clothing-combinations All jeans are skinny, and dark tone. The weather right now needs lighter jeans. The all blacks are a strong rugby team, the all blacks in Vancouver are the opposite. We have to join the light side and stop being their.polar opposites.

I love this place. Walking from work to the skytrain and you can shop here. They got unbelievable discounts all the time. People working there are nice too.

Had a great experience here. Staff are extremely friendly, not pushy at all. Very cool environment. A bit pricey for the quality.

Great help from the staff, lots of options available, unfortunately they did not have my size for the jackets I was looking for

They have a wonderful selection of winter outerwear as well as great accessories very current and In Style Selections

This store is huuuuuuge inside of the Bay store the staff is friendly, not pushy and there is great outfits there.
