The furniture that I bought a Urban Barn was great and the reason I am only giving 2 stars is the service. When I was purchasing the furniture the staff was great but after the sale was complete I was so dissapointed in the service I received. I spent what I thought was a fair bit - new dining room table, bench, 4 chairs, side table, lamps, leather counter stools, living room chair and little side table, expensive area rug and a bunch of accessories . I had to re-order the dining chair as they did not go with my furniture - I asked if I could keep the first set of chairs until the new ones came in given the amount that I had spent. The response was - well you really didn’t spend that much considering.... And no we don’t do that. I can accept the “no we don’t do that”, but not the other response. Since then I have had to check on the back ordered chairs - been 2 months now... and when I call - it is like they have never heard my name - even the lady who I bought everything from. At least pretend. BUT most of all be nice!! Customer Service goes a long way.
