Costco Wholesale

I was in to fix a flat tire. They were friendly and since it was Halloween I was served by a ballerina. My flat was plugged and balanced while I walked the store. Plus I didn't have to pay. Free flat repair with all tire purchases included. 5 star all day long. Thanks Costco for being you

It's great but we need another one at another location as the parking just isn't efficient. Today the parking lot was full but the store wasn't overwhelming. Perhaps marking tires for 3hrs to ensure isn't being used for a Costco parking lot.

Costco is great if you are a member. Shopping here is really great - allows us to get a lot for less. The products are usually good quality too. Their food court is great too for a quick bite to eat. Would highly recommend Costco as a whole. However please note, it gets really really busy, so plan accordingly. The staff are usually pretty great, but it can take quite a bit of time to get through the tills.

I went to this Costco with my service dog. I am from out of province, I was harassed at the door I provided valid identification from the school where my dog was trained. Then a staff member proceeded to follow me around the store while I shopped. Then as I was leaving the store I was approached by the store manager who tried to thrust an application for British Columbia Licensing in my hand and told that if I was to come back to their store I must have BC certification for my service dog even though I am only visiting British Columbia . I Was Then followed outside while I loaded my vehicle I was questions about the tasks my service dog does for me and then extensively asked about my private personal medical history. This is unacceptable. I just needed to go get some food and be on my way.

For people to give Costco a one star rating because "there's no parking" or "the lines are too long" is absolutely outrageous! The reason Costco is so popular is because they are exceptional across the board. Any Costco I've ever been to is the same, it's not lack of parking or staff it's the fact that the prices and quality are so good that people can't stay away. If you're that obnoxious and your time is so valuable that you can't spare an additional 10 minutes at most maybe you should go somewhere else and spend twice as much. If not suck it up and don't drop a fantastic companies rating because you feel over privaleged.
