Fresh Air Experience was recommended to me as an excellent place to be fitted for ski boots. I am delighted to say that I was not disappointed. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His professionalism was instantly apparent and I have now been paired with the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn. Many hanks to Morgan. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store

Johny is a fantastic person and just wonderful to talk to and deal with. Morgan is also a fantastic asset to this great company. Rest assured you will find nothing but top quality genuine people here. This is a fantastic bike, ski and snowboard shop! A+

Amazing team of people that really know skis and ski boots. Super friendly and they want to make sure you get the gear that is best for you. A store that really cares, a Kelowna gem.
