Bed Bath & Beyond

Had a wonderful experience when having to return a product I had them order for me a month ago. Kevin the manager on shift was very helpful in processing my return. Of course they were slightly busy but it is understandable seeing as it is the time of year where everyone is doing their black Friday and Christmas shopping.

Ordered a linen product there, said it would be a week or two. Then they called to say it wasn't available, but had one that was returned with no damage, buyer just did not like with her decor. We asked them to hold for pick up the next day. The next day, they had a young girl call to tell us that the item was no longer available. When asked why, she did not know, she said her manager just told to her to call us and tell us those words and nothing else; awesome job NOT manager!!!

Store was clean everyone was friendly. The sales representative even gave me 20% off my bill To check out! Just ask a manager if they can extend the same courtesy to you. (I sighed up on line on there web site. It took 1 min.)

Prices are far too high, can find some of the same products at winners or homesense, for half the price. During my last visit, my product was scanned in at the wrong price!, I had to go back and ask them to fix this mistake. No one there knew what SCOP was when I brought it up and I never received the extra $10 off my purchase as I was supposed to, as SCOP says, but I was denied this by the manager, as she and no one else in the store knew what this was and told me that is not how it works. But I assure you that is exactly how it is supposed to work! I am very disappointed in the knowledge of the staff and I also did not find them very warm or welcoming.

Terrific prices on back to school/University supplies. Super deals on bedding and dorm room accessories. Clearance sections are always a successful treasure hunt.
