The store has always been kind, friendly and accommodating. Truly working on my behalf- they have found out hidden charges that corporately were charging and not being upfront about and advised me in the proper direction that I was trying to achieve. Thanks to Ash and the team!!!

Shawn did a fantastic job of helping us out while trying to purchase a new phone. There is a girl working there though that had no idea what she was doing and tried to sell us on a plan that was more expensive, she gets 0/5 stars

No no no no no. Just promise me you'll leave. Don't shop here. I was on the phone with tech support and they said I easily qualify for warranty repairs on this device. I laughed and said, I'm not trying to be negative but your not from Canada are you. He put it In The notes that they are to send this phone out for repair. The clerk said he doesn't have to listen and my phone has a small chip in the paint so it doesn't qualify for warranty. I showed him it was only dirty and he replied, I can send this away but they'll just send it back.
