I highly recommend seeking out the assistance of sales associate Trish. After receiving horrendous service from another associate and the manager, Trish salvaged the situation. After our order was botched and our request for a refund was met with hostility by the manager, Trish stepped in to ensure the order was filled, a discount was applied and an apology was offered. She was professional and courteous. Seek Trish out. If she isn't in, pass hard on Robinson Lighting in Kelowna.

Mort Jensen, Lighting Specialist helped me solve a problem of hanging a heavy chandelier from an existing ceiling light track. Mort understood the problem immediately and together we figured out a solution. He was able to provide the necessary parts from their in-store stock [no waiting for an online purchase]. I was most grateful for the excellence service.

We purchased a number of new lights and fans for our renovation and had very good service by the initial salesperson. However, two weeks after choosing between two sets of front door lights we realised we hadn't returned the bulbs for the set we chose not to purchase. When we returned them we were told that they don't restock bulbs. They knew we were testing the two sets with the bulbs, we had the receipt with us and the packaging was immaculate.and yet for the sake of approx 12.00 the store manager refused to return them. As a result we purchased the remainder of the lighting (approx another 1500.00) required for the next stage from another store. I am giving them a 3 star only because the initial service was great.
