Selling used for construction stuff usually 1/2 price from original. The stuffs like pipe , bathroom accessories , lots of used bath tub which are still looking good

LOVE this store. All of the stores around BC and AB. Perfect for DIYs and random furniture. When I need random things I always come here. You'll almost always find something you need for a project.

Very disappointed . I have donated to Kelowna Restore numerous high quality items. Including high end furniture. Sports equipment including Kayaks. I was given a 10% discount card each time a donation was dropped off at the rear. Resenty I was denied the 10% savings, as I was saving the discount for a worth while item!. I was told the card had expired and the discount program was no longer offered. Most disappointed in management that was notified by the staff, refused to consider the loyalty of my donations and support. I refuse to donate to Restore. Disappointed on the fact that products are receied for Free, and this organization could not pass on a discount based on loyalty. Apollo. Kelowna.

Great prices if they have what you are looking for + supports a good cause.

My only complaint is that some of the stuff is WAAY overpriced! Especially electronics and power tools. West Kelowna store has significantly better prices.

The Restore is now my first place to shop for anything from small items to bigger things. The book department has so many choices always fun to browse through. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are planning a scavenger hunt the Restore is a good option it's always full of thing's you never thought of finding. I can't think of a time when I went to the Restore and didn't Walk out with anything such good prices.

Absolutely awful. Some guy at the store told me I couldn’t enter because they were “closing soon” and I said that the store was open for 10 more minutes and his response was “our clocks work a little different here”.I get it you want to go home but this was the only time I could make it. If you close your store 4:50pm you should change it to 4:50pm. Like is there a specific time I need to arrive in order to be allowed into the store. Horrible way to run a business.

Friendly staff and good prices but the store needs a good clean.

I didn't find what I initially went in for but saw a few things that I needed. The store was clean and organized.

Watch out! A price sticker says $5. He said "oh, a volunteer made a mistake, they start at $10". How is it that I pay for the volunteers mistake and pay the $10 for the item? And prices on some things are outrageous, prices are going up too. Last time I shop here! I lost my job too because of covid-19. I can't afford new prices, not to mention I like up cycling. I'll stick to my REAL thrift stores.
