Paige was terrific! She helped us decide on elbow and knee pads. The store is clean, well organized with lots of selection.

Went in to look at boards and goggles, the employee went over so much info on boards for me with different riding styles and terrains, but not once did I feel pressured to buy. This place is huge and the board, glove, goggle, winter wear selection is quite large.

The people that work here are amazing and super helpful......never have issues spending any money here.

Amazing customer experience with Lucas B. He was extremely patient in explaining the snowboards and bindings to help me make a decision. Lucas also took the time to let me try on several boots to see which ones fit the best. I highly recommend this store as all the staff are exceptional and knowledgeable. The guys here are super helpful and informative. Great selection of equipment and they can answer a lot of questions regarding boards, boots, bindings and much more. I was blown away with how generous they are with their time to make sure they give the customer the best information and service. Special shout out to Jordy, who helped me with heat moulding my boots last time I was in store. Highly recommended!

I had bought a pair of Photons that were tight in the toe box, Denny and Jeff were awesome and helped me to get a boot with a perfect fit and even heat molded the boots for me. Unreal customer service and knowledge about their products. 5 star would recommend!!

Absolutely the best place around for anything snowboard related. They helped me out last summer with a full setup during the summer clearance sale and I couldn't be happier with the service and products that I received. Always get my board serviced there and the techs are top notch often going above and beyond to make sure that your gear is in great shape. All of the staff that I've dealt with have been very nice and polite at minimum, with many being so friendly that it's worth coming in just for the good vibes. Unreal selection and product availability.

Very helpful and friendly staff! The guy helping me had a lot of knowledge on snowboard boots and fitting, and he wasn't a pushy sales person. Very good shopping experience.
