iWorld Connect - Apple Premium Reseller

This was my first ever experience at Iworld in the orchard Park location and I was recommended to go there from a co worker. I went in yesterday afternoon because my son locked me out of my tablet, which was never used before other then for games. I was approached with polite prompt service, by Aeden and Joel they were honest with me and told me what I needed to do and I left it in their hands. They told me it would be done in the afternoon the next day. When it was done,I got a phone call, they let me know that it was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived I was greeted once again with prompt service and welcoming smiles. Over all for my first experience with Iworld it was a positive one and I will recommend my friends to come in. 1/10 service! Mitch didn't have a clue what he was doing, came across as head in the clouds and didn't even have average social skills. I can't believe this store is connected to Apple because I've never received such awful service. Sam was a bit more helpful, but his knowledge was still quite low. I left confused.

I went into iWorld in Kelowna at Orchard Park Mall to learn more about the Apple watches. I met with Sam who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate him taking his time with me as I had a lot of questions. I am definitely buying my first Apple Watch from iWorld Connect. Thank you Sam for your help and see you soon!

I have had a couple of dealings with i world connect Kelowna and both times have been professional and flawless. Sam has gone to great lengths to offer amazing service and knows his stuff. I was hesitant at first to get a new phone but just speaking to him left me feeling confident and he did not disappoint. On my recent visit Justin was also extremely helpful as he and Sam partnered to tackle an issue I was having. I would highly recommend this location for any of your Apple needs. It was so refreshing to have an amazing customer service experience.

Although I didn't purchase a product from iWorld, Scott was absolutely phenomenal. I was on the hunt for a new iPad and overwhelmed by all the different models and Scott was exceptionally helpful in pointing me in the right direction. His product knowledge was excellent and his demeanour was kind and welcoming. Always so lovely to receive great customer service. Next time you are in iWorld, ask for Scott!

The salesperson Christy was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She most definitely is an asset to iWorld Connect in Kelowna. My husband and I love this store! Highly recommend!

On a recent business / pleasure trip through the Okanagan I needed to upgrade my iPhone6+ to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. This place not only had one in stock they also offered to migrate all my data from one phone to the other in under an hour. Reluctantly I agreed and although skeptical it was a perfect migration. Everything was successfully moved over and I was happy and on my way. I believe the gentleman's name in Kelowna was Scott - he was very knowledgeable and professional and knew what I needed. Thanks again...highly recommend this place for your Apple products.

I had troubles pairing my new phone to my old Apple Watch. Scott and Sam were very helpful. They were both patient and knowledgeable. It took over two hours to get through the updates, pairing and downloading. Throughout this time they demonstrated exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend them. You guys are the best!!

Great Service! Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick the perfect fit for my school needs. I'm very happy with my experience and what I've come home with. He was also very friendly, showed me some apps that would make my school work easier and helped me feel at ease as I'm not super tech savvy.

Bought an iPhone SE here may 2020, they sold me apple care insurance claiming my insurance would replace the handset up to two times and there was no limit on screen damage repairs. They offered me no paperwork nor did i sign anything it was a verbal agreement. Its now Feb 2021 and i have screen damage for a third time, apple says i am no longer covered as there was a 2 repair maximum in the insurance despite this store telling me there was no limit. Apple recommended i call the store as they were at fault for mis selling me insurance. I called and spoke to the manager today, by the tone of his voice he couldn't care less. he told me the person who sold me the insurance no longer works there and thats about it really. As far as i am concerned the store is at fault for not giving the employee the correct training. I would definitely not shop here again, I'm sure they dont care but hopefully i can stop others having a bad experience. These guys are liars in their response I did not sign anything nor did they hand me anything. I contacted the email they provided for further questions and they ignored my email. Very poor customer service.
