Went to buy some good shoes but was confused with lots of choices. Store associate 'Reese' helped me to decide which one is the best fit for me. She has a great knowledge about different company's footwear. Keep up the good work like this. I'm enjoying my new shoes everyday now.
Today I went to Sport Chek unit 1410 Kelowna to look for a shell wind breaker jacket. None found near the front near tills or on sale racks or else where! I had difficulty looking for a sales person as I guess store clerks busy? I was frustrated and ready to leave when I saw a lady orange shirt I believe walking to the tills. I asked her politely, do you work in this store? She with a smile, I now can see a name tag name DEB. Asked me how can I help you? Explained looking for a wind breaker jacket. Deb stated way there pointing to the far coroner of the store. We got there and tried on a jacket and wrong seize but she checked her inventory for a bigger seize and only one left! I appreciated her effort, wanting to help, Knowledge of such jackets and telling me where the tills were located. The girl at the till smiled when I stated I met a nice lady clerk Deb. Stated yes she is a nice lady and glad she could help you. I believe it took too long a time, for me looking for a sales person and signage for this type of jacket. Thanks to DEB, a customer was very satisfied with finding a suite able seized jacket in good time. Gerry K.
I had a great experience at Sport Chek! The cashier, Jacinda was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. She was efficient, patient, and made the checkout process quick and enjoyable. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!
I purchased this pair of shoes last week as a birthday gift for my sister, but unfortunately, she didn’t like them. I visited the store to exchange the item, and the staff member at the front counter initially informed me that I could look for a different pair.nnHowever, after a few minutes, she returned and told me that the shoes were not from their store and that they couldn't assist me further.nnThis experience was disappointing and left me with a very negative impression of Sport Chek’s customer service. Based on this encounter, I do not plan to shop here again.
nnI went into Sport Chek to purchase new ski boots and wasn’t entirely sure what I needed. Peter was phenomenal extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my time constraints. There was absolutely no pressure at any point.nnHe offered to hold the boots for me while I went back to work, and when I returned later that day, he was there again to help and make sure I felt confident in the boots I was buying. He took the time to explain the return policy, gave me options on other stores to check out, and genuinely wanted me to make the right choice.nnThis level of service made a big difference. I’ll happily go back to Sport Chek and Sport Chek online in the future.
