End Of The Roll - Kelowna

A few years ago we replaced the carpet on our stairs and were told that the product was the one the store sold that came with warranty. In my experience I haven’t had great experience fulfilling warranties as it is often complicated and stressful(generally speaking) . I was BLOWN AWAY by Brendan at end of the roll , as when I stopped by the store sometime around a year ago or so ago to investigate a replacement through warranty as the carpet ‘died’ on the stairs within the first year of being installed and looked yucky .. I didn’t follow though providing my professional cleaning receipt due to a very very busy schedule at the time and then it slipped my mind to follow up with.. I went in there last month to see if it was too late to pursue the warranty and not only did Brendan remember me !!!!!! He made the replacement quick easy and pleasant and even went above and beyond what was required according to the warranty. I was delighted and deeply appreciative of his care and professional help. Having this level of service, these days seems rare . Wow ! I thoroughly recommend seeing Brendan for your flooring needs !!! You will be very well taken care of !! Brendan!!!! Loooooook (the picture I posted shows the before photo of the ‘dead’ carpet and the after photo of the gorgeous product) how amazing the carpet looks ! Thank you thank you thank you !!!!!!! You’ve transformed my front entrance and restored my pride for inviting my friends inside my home !!!

This is the 2nd time in the past 6 to 8 months we have used End of the Roll in Kelowna (should have learnt the 1st time) I will talk about the 2nd time which started in early Nov 2017. The man we worked with in the store picking our carpet and whatnot was great to deal with, once we paid for the carpet and the installation (again) its been horrible, it is now Feb 18th and still is not completed after I cant even remember how many calls to End of the Roll speaking with the man who sold us the carpet but also the managers son. Last time I talked to End of the Roll we agree'd on one more week to get it finished which was last Friday Feb 9th and if it wasn't done I would be going in for my money back. On Friday Feb 16th the installer called to say he would be over on Sat the 17th to finish the job, as we waited all day and received no call from him to no surprize he didn't show up nor did he call. I will be going in Monday morning for a full refund Feb 19th, lets see if End of the Roll holds up to their end. Even the sales man we delt with admitted how embarrassed he was this was happening and what we were going through.....for the 2nd time by using End of the Roll Kelowna. I went to end of the roll looking for flooring and was very pleased with my experience. The service I got from one of their newer sales reps Brandon was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable for being so new and a pleasure to talk with. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of doing business here. The young man, Bryce, behaved in a professional and helpful manner by explaining options and providing suggestions for a somewhat complex job. Your staff were also very polite and helpful at all times. I have recommended your company to friends and family.

Dave and the crew were great to deal with. Quote, sale, installation all went off without a hitch. Love the carpet tile in our commercial space.
