These guys took care of our hitch in short order it was incredibly fast and efficient.nAlthough we didn't have a wiring harness installed because we're using the bike or the hitch for bike racks and we dropped it off and we got a phone call like an hour later not even saying it's done and ready to go that's efficiency.nI don't know anything about their moving and storage business can't speak to that but from the hitch I tell you U-Haul has the best prices on hitches...

I’m not sure why Uhaul will always charge you for fuel no matter how much you return the levels back on to. I did book a truck and it was parked in such a tight spot that even the attendant couldn’t find a way to move it out but after 20 minutes or so I was able to leave the lot. While returning I couldn’t find a place to park it back, this place is mostly over crowded. They need better organization. It was my only option because they had 1 trailer left on a busy day. Try booking before the end of the month or you pose a risk of not getting a trailer for your needs. Staff was pretty helpful regardless.

The fuel policy is a scam. They leave it at whatever the previous customer left it at and you're guessing at fuel level and fuel consumption. I filled the tank from 1/4 before leaving town, expecting poor gas milage but the needle didn't move off of full. Couldn't get the gas back, wouldn't reimburse me of any of the extra 3/4 tank I filled, and only reimbursed me $2 for the 20km I didn't use and paid for in advance. When confronting clerk about the extra fuel in the truck he wasn't helpful, unwilling to budge at all or even call someone. I lost over $100 to this scam. Every truck should be full before leaving and filled before returning. This would insure the customer knows exactly what they use and would only pay for what they used. So much potential with a great idea/business but wasted due to poor management and policies.

Wow, worst experience ever, pre book a trailer, ask where I can pick it up, only to be told two days before I was to pick it up, its at another location 49 min away, customer service had four to seven bit@h pills before she called me
