So far, this place was so easy to pick up and drop off my uhaul at. Truck in decent condition.nnThe app kinda sucks in taking pictures tho. Mine was just black pictures so I had to take them myself. Posting here just in case

The truck was in good condition, clean, and reliable throughout the entire trip, which was essential for such a long journey.nnThe booking process was straightforward, and the staff at the Edmonton location were helpful and efficient during pickup. The vehicle handled well on highways and in city traffic, giving me confidence for the long drive.nnCustomer support was available and responsive when I had a couple of questions during the trip, which helped ease any concerns. Drop-off in Montreal was smooth, with clear instructions and minimal wait time.nnThe only area for improvement could be clearer communication about fuel policies and insurance options upfront, to avoid surprises.nnOverall, U-Haul provided a solid and dependable service for my cross-country move. I would recommend them for anyone needing a reliable vehicle for long-distance hauling.

Front desk service was slow. They did not care that there was a line up. It took me 30-40 minutes to do a simple drop off. When picking up, they didn't show me where the truck was, had to look around parking lot for it. I rented dolly and moving blankets, they didn't show not show me where to grab from or which set of blankets.nThey advertise $20 a day for a 10' truck. But has hidden fees. To rent a 10' truck for 2 days, a dolly, and some moving blankets was well over $300. It was $160 for mileage Which wasn't the biggest issue, just wanted others to be aware.

Mostly a smooth process except for some computer issues that the representatives were having, but it wasn't their fault. Service was good and friendly. The motorcycle trailer was maintained well and had no issues.

First time using their service.nEverything was super easy to rent.nTotally worth the money.nReally happy with everything.
