Kal Tire

I visited this Kal Tire location today. The staff was very friendly and provided prompt and quality service. I am highly impressed. This is the best experience I had with any Tire Service center. Strongly recommend this location to everyone

I am beyond happy and impressed with the customer service at Kal Tire. It's always a great group of people working there and im eager to tell everyone that they should choose Kal Tire as their number resource for mechanic help. Screw Canadian tire, they over charge and they always rip everyone off!! Speaking from much experience. Every Kal Tire experience leaves me happy and relieved that i can drive off in a safe vehicle because i know legit people looked after it. Canadian tire will not fix your problem and will in fact create more to squeeze every penny from you!! Thank you Kal Tire and the sweet kind intelligent people that work there. Way to go!!

The only reason I go with Kal Tire for my winter tire was all my families bought their winter tires from there but different location and they are very happy, so they highly recommended Kal Tire. But it was a nightmare. Ordered my tires in the end of October but did not get what I ordered until mid of December. Went back and forth 5 times to get my order right but then the lady told me that "I don't understand why you have to come back and forth 5 times"......I was told that my order is arrived but then when I went there and they realized that they ordered the wrong tires, happened 3 times. I did called before I actually go back to the store, and was told that they can not do everything through the phone.

Very friendly staff that went out of their way to find cheaper options for a tire replacement for my vehicle was able to get my car in very quickly for service and inspection. Was quoted 2 days shipping for tires but tires were in and installed half a day later great service.

Great management and team. One of the newer employees was a bit confused and trying to work through something when I was in. The manager came over and offered assistance in an extremely positive way. Not only was I happy with my new tires, but seeing the store dynamic and how coworkers treated each other would definitely bring me back here again! Would highly recommend supporting this Kal tire.
