Great experience. My wife called ahead to pick up a toilet tank and lid. A gentleman greeted me through the other side of the front entrance doors keeping a safe barrier between us due to covid 19. Gave him my information and he returned with my item within five mins. Quick easy transaction.

I called this place in a panic looking for a mixing valve cartridge for one in my house that failed and was leaking everywhere. I talked to Ralph and he had a spare and said come pick it up I'll give it to you for free! Absolutely saved my bacon and made my day to say the least. Whenever I need help again or undertake a big plumbing project these guys will most definitely be my first call. Thanks again!!!!!

I was waiting in line for 10 mins while 2 of the 3 staff members were just socializing. They acted like I wasn’t even there when clearly I have been patiently waiting.
