Pretty run down store. The lady Corina who helped me was a complete slob. Sick as a dog, dirty hands and nails, coughing into her hands in front of customers, forgetting how to greet customers on the phone, avoiding answering simple questions to do with cheaper product at other stores. When I was looking at mattresses she judged my body frame and made me feel small. I wanted to pay cash and she told me what the price difference was after the 100 dollars was deducted and it didn't change so she tried to take advantage of my young age and make 100$ off me but I said something and then she changed the actual cost. Was quite horrified with the customer service. Totally ruined my experience and I won't be going back the brick ever.

I live in Calgary but there wasn’t a problem purchasing ours King size mattress from this location. The manager of the store went out of her way to help me find the one that I was looking for, and arranged for delivery and set up at my home. From start to finish it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I would highly recommend this store, and the store manager Dakoda Jones.

I regret buying from this store!  I purchased a mattress set with mattress protector. Prior to the delivery of my items I called the store and said that I want to cancel the  mattress protector since there were  so many negative reviews about it. The lady that I've talked to over the phone told me to just wait for it to be delivered and return it to the store unopened which I did.   But when I came back to the store Dakoda Jones  told me that  "All sales are finall! there's nothing she can do because policy is a policy!"  She was only helpful when she was trying to sell, will give all her time to help you but when I was trying to return she  won't do anything eventhough I told her that I had informed the store prior to delivery of the item and they gave me wrong instruction which was not my fault!!  Horrible experience!  I Will NEVER go back to the Brick!!!

We bought a bed from the lovely, helpful, knowledgeable Dakoda and Shana. I would highly recommend anyone to go to them. They were upfront about everything and efficient.

The Brick does not offer returns at all. They sneakily don't inform you of this at purchase. Got a coffee table that doesn't fit in my living room and they wouldn't even offer a store credit. I will never shop at the Brick again and will make sure that I tell everyone I know not to shop there.
