Very helpful friendly staff. Had had several special order items come in. Always get an email and phone call that product is in and products are always as expected.

Not very impressed with service. I have used KMS tools for years and never had a single issue with them until i made a big purchase of a lathe. When i received it, it was damaged. I originally told them I did not want to receive damaged goods and they told me that rest assured, all the damaged parts would be replaced. I was not very impressed but I needed the tool for a job I was doing so stupidly I accepted a damaged machine. Months went by and I never received a single call regarding the parts being replaced. I went back into the store to attempt to remedy this situation and the man helping me just blatantly ignored me and started helping somebody else when i was already there trying to get this resolved. I left and explained the situation to the ladies at the front way better to deal with and they passed it on to somebody who could help me. The original fellow called me back explained to me on the phone that selling damaged goods isn't bad business and he doesn't understand what the issue is. I ended up just hanging up under frustration and it has now been almost 6 months and nothing has been done about this.nnNote: As I was dealing with this in the store, I looked around and noticed they have multiple units sitting on the floor that are damaged and they fully expect people to just buy these and not say anything.nnI understand that these tools will be used and abused but its not right to be receiving things that are damaged. When spending the thousands of dollars for this equipment you should not be receiving anything damaged.

I'm unsure if I wrote a review or not before but I wanted to update if I did.nnI've gone to this KMS for a while now and had another individual from the industrial section help me before and now Sarah is my new go to. She's helpful and pleasant to work with. I order my parts by phone and I get what I need ready to go when I arrive, no hassle or missing/ lost parts.nnBuilding my trade kit up and then some on the side.nnThey have a good selection of items from various trade aspects from auto body to welding, and some common plumbing tools nothing to specialized, you'll have to ask them to order if possible or go to a plumbing only store if the repetitive isn't able to make an order.

Went in for a parts tool bag for my peterbilt and the Milwaukee rep was in and had just what i needed Fits perfectly in my rig under the sleeper. And also got some great info on Milwaukee batteries. Cashiers are great girls there and even the lady that was helping the rep was fantastic. Great staff at the Edmonton west store.

KMS Tools in South Edmonton is the ultimate location for tools for many reasons. They offer a fantastic selection of name brand tools for many disciplines, competitive prices with monthly deals, and to top it off, knowledgable/helpful staff that enjoy their job. In the past few months, I have done many trips to get tools for my aviation trade and KMS always exceeds my expectations. Thank you and look forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work!
