It was a present for my husband and the staff went the extra mile to package my purchase in such a way that it remained a surprise until we arrived home. Highly recommend

A great selection of products but the poor customer service is a letdown every time I go there. Almost nobody there onows anything anout their products. Today was the icing on the cake. Called for an item to verify price and if in stock. Was told the price and when I sent my wife to pick it up they charged her a higher price. Absolutely the last time going there. I had used them for both personal and my business needs but that ended today. Will never bother hoing there again. They need an entire staff replacement. Would rather support a business that has quality service.

I ordered on line and found it easy. Great in person service when I went to pick the item up. On that day they even had a animal shelter doing a fundraiser selling smokies, so I even got lunch out of the deal. Glad to see they support thier community.

I just placed an on line order and once filled i received a notification that I could pick up the order.nSince I was out of town they replied it could be held.nGreat service as always. Good to support a Canadian business who has good product's.
