A great selection of products but the poor customer service is a letdown every time I go there. Almost nobody there onows anything anout their products. Today was the icing on the cake. Called for an item to verify price and if in stock. Was told the price and when I sent my wife to pick it up they charged her a higher price. Absolutely the last time going there. I had used them for both personal and my business needs but that ended today. Will never bother hoing there again. They need an entire staff replacement. Would rather support a business that has quality service.

Good service. Kms has the stuff I can't find elsewhere. Prices are good. Cashier did a good job solving a mistake. Good employee and very pleasant. product placed in the wrong hole so wrong pricennNeedless to say I was happy. Bought a dewalt battery and charger, battery is defective but not kms's fault. Will be returning to swap out within a week.

Most of the person I met in the store are very helpful except one of the cashier was rude and not helpful at all for what I was looking for. I was looking for battery which is usually they kept behind the cashier. She was constantly trying to ignore me and cutting me off any conversation I made with her. Hopefully manager see this and ask person to correct the customer service. She is not at all the cashier type person.

I have been a customer of KMS tools for many years. Can't think of another tool supplier that has the selection of tools that they have.nPrices are very good and if you catch them when they've got a sale or promotion going on you will have hit the jackpot. Will be shopping with these guys for a very long time.
