I stayed there for New years holiday weekend. Customer service was okay and the cleaning service was very friendly. I like that fact that you can wash your clothes in the laundry room which is so great. Although I love the pool and the hot tub, the outside of the pool should be clean because I found a few band aids and a Cheetos on the ground. My room was so relaxing very comfortable I slept like a baby. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide selections to choose from. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Thanks for making my New Years vacation a memorable one.

Room was adequate. Quite clean but not ebiugh lighting. Had to pay for parking. Was there for a workshop and the thermostat didn't work so it was freezing. No big deal as we switched rooms and it was fine. Overall nice place. Restaurant service was a bit slow and wings were a bit dry byt the burger was good.

**Great hotel. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Excellent amenities. Breakfast was great. Having the cook prepare your eggs or serve the daily special was an excellent touch.

Nice place with a restaurant, and convenient to the airport. To-go breakfast includes breakfast sandwich, croissant, muffin, pastry, yogurt, piece of fruit and juice, but we didn't find any coffee anywhere in the lobby. Room did have a kerug, but by the time we realized there was no ready-made coffee in the lobby, it was too late to go back to the room to make some. Our room was also noisy, some kind of vent, or maybe the furnace, that kept going on and off throughout the night.

The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. We had breakfast in the restaurant there. It was good but at $38 a little pricey. But everything there was pricey. Gas was $5.08 a gallon. We went there from Niagara Falls. Once was enough for me.
