DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Airport

Excellent location for travel! The hotel beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room was adequate and the noise from the hallway was much better than I anticipated for a busy hotel. Unfortunately the cable signal was disrupted so it was difficult to watch some channels. The hot tub was not hot and the front desk didn't advise when checking in.

US Customers BE AWARE! Apparently, this is hotel is NOT Corporate owned. If you've experienced any billing issue with this hotel, please contact me via email for details on pending litigation. FYI, if they overcharge your card, the Hotel will provide two options. First, disburse a check in Canadian Funds, or two, ask that for you to physically return to Canada, to issue a refund your card.

It was a great hotel. Clean, modern, spacious, with courteous staff. The warm cookies are always a welcome bonus.

The hotel room was nice but the restaurant server was least interested in serving us as it was 2 minutes before last call and argued with us about what time it was and wouldn't serve us a drink. We just checked in after a long day of travel and were hungry, tired and was looking forward to a glass of wine.

The staff was very accommodating and provided our group a sufficient room. The rooms were clean and had enough space and amenities to support the length of our stay.
