Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport

We were very happy with our room except for a leaky faucet. The breakfast buffet was abundant but the regular packaged food common at chain hotels.nThe staff was very kind. The frequent shuttle service is awesome and much appreciated.nnNo safe box in the room.nnWhat started as a really stressful situation for us with a flight turned out to be an excellent weekend thanks to the Hampton staff and the wonderful people and sites of Toronto. Much thanks/ Merci beaucoup!

Highly do not recommend using this hotel, I could not believe how much the staff did not seem to care about the guests staying there. I had maybe 1 staff that was helpful. We had to get this hotel due to Air Canada rebooking our flight for their issues with not having proper maintence done on the plan causing delays, we were hoping that the familiarity of a Hampton Inn would be at least a little bit of a bright spot in a bad time. We were very wrong, it turned out to make things even worse. We were missing our luggage due to the flight change while in the air, so we tried to use the guest laundry so that we could have some clean clothes for further traveling to get home. However the machines weren't working, it left detergent stains on our clothes and then as we went to dry the clothes they started to remove the one machine that was half working leaving us unable to finish the laundry. The one staff member that was helpful phoned over to the Fairfield next door to see if we could use their guest laundry which they agreed to. The staff at the Fairfield was so much more accommodating than the Hampton Inn staff to people that aren't even staying at their hotel. Then to make things even worse, there was construction right above us ensuring that we wouldn't be able to rest before having to leave for the airport, hours upon hours of concrete chipping noise right above our heads. We phoned to the front desk to see if there was any way they could get the construction to quiet down until check out time but I guess the staff didn't care because it kept going and going. So it seems that the staff doesn't care about the guest experience and just cares about the looks of the hotel and the renovations that are going one. I will never stay at this Hampton Inn ever again, I would honestly take my chances at some dive hotel over this place again.

Very close to the airport. Included breakfast bar is fairly substantial and is walking distance under 3 min from 2 restaurants, one of which we received a 10% off voucher for. Pillows are a little under stuffed and mattress are soft but that is personal preference.

We always stay at the Hilton chain. This one was disappointing. No water in the room. We had just flown in from Europe. Breakfast was disappointing compared to ther Hiltons we had stayed in. Food was warm, not hot. Got used to an espresso machine in Europe. They just had coffee, no lactose free option. Thankfully we too a train tge next day and got fed well on the train. They do offer a free shuttle from the airport. But the proce per night was steep considering the services

We had an excellent stay in one of their fully renovated rooms after our flights was rescheduled to the following morning. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and they provided a crib for our baby. The hotel’s staff was welcoming, kind and professional. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
