This is a pretty decent hotel and is nice and close to the airport. Complimentary breakfast and from Monday to Thursday dinner is complimentary from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. The last room I stayed in was a good size with lots of open space and a jacuzzi next to the bed. Free shuttle to the airport 24 hours a day. I stay in a lot of hotels as I travel for work. Usually I stay at the Hilton Garden Inn right next door but sometimes their rates are above what my company pays for. So for a little cheaper I can stay at this one and still get a nice room. Free parking as well is nice where others in this area charge $20 per night.

Quiet and convenient. We had to book a room at the last moment after we were bumped from our previous hotel after a reservation mix-up and the Hampton was very accommodating and a fair price. The room and hallways were clean and the breakfast in the morning was hot, well-stocked and delicious. The pool area was adequate but small and lacked a hot tub. Our room's air conditioning unit had missing controls, so we couldn't adjust the temperature or fan settings, which led to a chilly night. Still, overall a good experience.

I stayed there just one night, but it was great. Reception was very fast, room was perfectly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was very tasty with many options. This hotel provides also airport shuttle which came on time. If I ll have to stay in Toronto again, for sure I ll choose this place again.

Horrible hotel. Absolutely terrible. We booked here for a Toronto layover with our 10 month old daughter. We waited 1 hour for the shuttle at 12am and it never showed .. took a 35$  cab across the street to be greeted by an unfriendly woman who was in training and the only person working. No luggage carts available and she made no effort to get us one. We needed a crib for the baby and the one guy working rolled his eyes and said he would try and find one. We were then yelled at by the shuttle driver the next AM that we had too much luggage and that we should have been on an earlier shuttle with that many bags... needless to say it was horrid and we weren't there long enough to even comment on the room. Don't stay here

Room was very nice and plenty of towels in the room. Breakfast was buffet style with hot food which was a nice surprise. There was an extra charge on the room called "guest room" for some reason, but I mentioned it to the concierge and it was instantly removed, be on the look out for that just incase. Overall it was a great place to stay at
