Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport

Ended up staying here after flight was cancelled. It looks very nice, everything was clean and functioned well. I'm visually impaired and the front desk person showed me to my room, themselves. The restaurant is a little dim and the waitress seemed like she had better things to do than serve us, but she wasn't rude about it. The food was good, despite having a somewhat limited menu. It would do well to re-make the menus in a more professional way to fit the aesthetic of the hotel. Didn't try the pool or the fitness room due to a 6a flight, but the shuttle was on-time - on the hour and the half - and the drivers courteous. The sound of airplanes taking off and landing was distant. They offer a sleep menu, so you can get ear plugs and a sleep mask (amongst other things) which is handy if that bothers you. Would definitely stay again, if had the occasion to.

I've stayed the Crowne Plaza for about 2 days and it isn't that bad, the beds are twin which are a bit small for me but nevertheless still comfortable. The room us quite small to be honest. They have a pool, which is good but it is a really small and shallow one. Their fitness station or gym is really small. So small that I would say about 5 people could be able to workout without be crammed in there. They have decent equipment but I'm pretty sure nobody is there to workout considering there was nobody when I went. The staff is very nice which is a big perk to it all. Overall I would give it a 4 out of 5, nothing very special about the hotel but it's a good place to stay if your plane was delayed and the airport set you up here.

Came here for Christmas Dinner with my family for the second year in a row and once again it was a great experience. The food was plentiful and well prepared and the dessert selection was great also. The place has a calm family friendly atmosphere and I would certainly recommend a family gathering here. There's a lot to take in and enjoy and even after my second experience I still crave going back as I feel there's still much more to experience and in more than just food and drink. 5 star experience twice in a row.

Was really blessed with this hotel stay. I would not normally have stayed here because I don't spend a lot of time in Toronto or am aware of good hotels in the city. My travel plans were interrupted by bad weather. Air Canada took care of all my travel interruption problems and had me stay here. The staff checked in over 100 hotel guests and the wait was not that long considering the late hour and volume of guests. I was offered a late check out which is always appreciated. Staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. I had the breakfast buffet which was plenty. The room was clean and WIFI free. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

Garbage hotel. I've stayed at motels with better service. I ordered a drink in the restaurant and they completely forgot about me. So, I ordered food and drinks to my room for my husband and I, when it finally got here he had no steak knife for his meal and only one fork/butter knife set between both meals. (We had to share the silver wear). To top it all off the cable TV didnt work in out room so we asked if we could just have a free movie rental, the hotel said no but would be happy to switch us rooms. by this time it was 1am and we we're not about to pack up our bags, food drinks to move rooms. Very poor service in an outdated hotel. I expected more for a hotel airport. I'm sure they are not short funds to the point where they cant replace carpets that have an odor of dirty feet.
