Avoid if You Need Reliable Park and Fly!nnIf you're booking this hotel for the park and fly option—don’t. Their system is a mess. When we arrived, the parking lot was completely full, and their “solution” was to have us park in an employee lot down the street, but we had to move the car the next morning. This was completely useless since we had to leave at 4:30 AM for our flight. Also be aware parking is not included in your stay.nnThen, we were told to be in the lobby 15 minutes before the shuttle departure. We went down at 4:15 AM for the 4:30 shuttle, only for it to show up packed with no room for us. The driver, who had a terrible attitude, told us the next shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. That was a lie. At that point, we had no choice but to call an Uber to avoid missing our flight.nnOn the positive side, the room itself was good—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. If you’re just looking for a place to stay, it’s fine. But if you need a reliable park and fly service, look elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress.
Was placed here by another hotel after my previous airport location booking through another brand was cancelled. I found the hotel had a busy, dirty feel to it. Hallway carpets were dirty. Room was very small with 2 doubles not queens and had very limited space for luggage placement. The room door didn't open all the way as the handle would hit the closet door behind it. Bathroom door handle was loose and didn't function properly. Only 2 towels were provided for a family booking of 4. We had to get extra towels from the pool area for the kids. Heater did not function properly and cut in throughout the night. When it shut off it squealed with a metal on metal sound and woke me up every time. Plugs did not all function for chargers. Pool is smaller and oval but was ok for my 2 kids until other families joined, then there was not enough room to enjoy. No hot tub. Seating loungers in pool area were dirty and stained but I used towels to cover the seats before sitting. Only ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was pretty good overall with lots of selection. Had vouchers for free breakfast. Lobby staff and restaurant staff were good and polite. Italian restaurant nearby in parking lot is amazing. Parking was $28, which seems standard but because of the snow not the hotels fault, if you didn't have 4x4 you'd have trouble getting in/out of there. They should have extra staff shovelling out cars for people. If the hotel wasn't free because of my previous cancellation issues, I would not have stayed here.
The rooms are nice. great food nearby. close to the AP but it took 1.5 hours from the time I got in to finally get to the room. Every 30 minutes on the van then they stop at the neighboring hotel to drop and pick up. so it was full. Nice front desk staff.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel from February 9th to February 10th, primarily due to the parking options available.nnInitially, the first room we were assigned had feces on the seating chair. I reported this to the front desk, and we were promptly moved to another room.nnWhile the new room was tidy, it was far from clean.nnAt approximately 10:30 PM, I was awakened by an intermittent beeping alarm. There was no announcement over the PA system, and the hotel staff did not communicate about the situation. During my husband's search of the hallways, he found that other guests were equally confused. My husband checked the stairwells and noticed that the large fans were operating, indicating smoke, which then prompted us to make our way down the stairs while encouraging other guests to follow us.nnUpon reaching the lobby through the outside exit, we found only about a dozen people gathered there. Once again, there was no communication from the hotel staff or management. We waited for quite some time, all while guests continued to use the elevators—something that is not allowed during a fire alarm.nnEventually, we had to ask one of the first responders if it was safe to return to our rooms. It is unacceptable that it was not the hotel staff's responsibility to inform guests about the situation.nnAdditionally, for guests who are hearing impaired or completely deaf, there were no flashing lights or any other notifications to indicate that something was happening. This lack of consideration is concerning.nnI look forward to hearing from management regarding their plan to address these issues moving forward.
This place is so gross. Stayed there for 1 night. Tried to take my child to the pool. There was a massive hair ball in the pool. So we went to the room. My child tried to shower, however when she went to condition her hair the bottle was empty. I called downstairs to request some. They did finally bring some up 2 hours later. People were in the hall screaming most the night. We will not be back. Which is sad considering I'm going to be down there a lot within the next few months.
