This hotel is beautiful. First, we were impressed by the huge, modern lobby and the Starbucks and snack shop located on the ground floor. Then we were wowed by the excellent service provided by the front desk staff who let us check in early. Our room was almost perfect - large windows, spacious, comfortable room, quiet heating system, mini fridge, large screen TV, two queen size beds, a coffee maker, and large desk/dresser. The bathroom was adequate with a tub and shower, but the water wouldn't stay in the tub and the shower sprayed all over the place. We ordered room service which was quickly delivered by a very friendly staff member. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the shuttle to the airport which operates until 1:45 a.m.. Also, we can leave our car in the hotels gated parking lot during our vacation for less than other hotels charge near the airport. We highly recommend this hotel - we'll definitely stay here again!
We stayed the night before our trip and parked for the week. The check in was friendly and efficient. The room was smaller but very clean. It was perfect for what we were doing. There is a bar/restaurant and convenience store on site. There are many other restaurants close by as well. It was a good decision to stay at this hotel.
The hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely pleasant and kind, the lady who cleaned my room did such a good job and even helped with arranging my clutter and made the room so pleasant and inviting. And she left me extra water and mouthwash which was so appreciated. The staff at the front desk were also lovely, super understanding, and treated me like a friend/family. The shuttle service was also extremely convenient. The lobby was very spacious and comfortable, and having a Starbucks inside the hotel was great. The bad, I did have the opportunity to spend many hours in my room - I heard so many planes flying overhead and it was loud, the walls are thin and I heard the other guests coming in and out of their rooms all day, the shower curtain had a smell, and the water pressure from the shower head could’ve been better. Otherwise room was quite comfortable, bed was nice, staff were extremely lovely, and everyone went above and beyond to make my stay a good one. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again :
We stayed one night at this hotel on the tail end of our honeymoon. We received exceptional treatment from the hotel attendant. Amireh did everything she could to make the last night of our trip memorable and for that we are very grateful. The room was top tier, warm, spacious and more than we expected. Very beautiful hotel.
We had a cancelled flight and we're able to immediately book online with such ease. Less than a five minute process and our flight wasn't even top of mind. We arrived within 10 minutes- close proximity to Pearson. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay here again.
