We were attending an event at the hotel and had a very busy day. In the middle of the night, my wife realized she had forgotten to bring her feminine products, and unfortunately, the hotel had run out of stock as well. We were in a bit of a panic, as there were no nearby places open to purchase what we needed.nnThe hotel manager Luq went above and beyond to help us—he went to his own car to get us feminine products that his wife had. We were truly touched by his kindness and willingness to assist us in such an uncomfortable situation. His compassion made all the difference for us that night, and we are incredibly grateful.nnThank you for an outstanding level of service. This hotel truly cares for its guests, and we couldn't recommend it more highly.
I stayed at this hotel for 1 night Oct 31st 2024 - no AC - no discount for the inconvenience, but worst they charged me twice on my credit card for my stay and when trying to get someone/ANYONE to actually resolve this issue I have not had any success. I will have to report the 2nd charge as fraud on my CC - they are totally useless in trying to address this concern. They can charge me immediately but cannot be courteous in the return of money they have taken in error or maybe someone there actually steal my money?
Our stay at the Sheraton Airport Hotel and Conference Centre was wonderful! The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and an incredible view. The front desk team, especially Anna, made us feel so welcome – her friendliness and warmth were truly appreciated. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.nnWe enjoyed lunch at Olio, the Mediterranean restaurant, and were absolutely blown away. Leny provided amazing service and treated us to a fantastic Aperol Spritz – thank you, Leny! For dinner, we ventured to Chop Steakhouse nearby, and it was also excellent.nnWith such convenient dining options and outstanding service, I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great airport hotel experience!
Friendly staff, clean rooms, gym, and conference centre. Rooms were incredibly hot, with the AC apparently having been turned off for the season weeks before. Could not get our room below 26.5°C, even with fan on high and tiny windows open. Hallways were even hotter.
Terrible experience don’t stay here. Front desk and manager were super rude. No AC and was sweating all night. Said to just keep windows closed and didn’t accommodate for anything. Waste of money. Plenty of other hotels. I would definitely go somewhere else. Super rude people!
