Absolutely, no way I’m going back here. After a long day at work, I wanted to small cup of coffee, little did I know I was about to ruin it for myself. Basic French Vanilla tasted disgusting. I waited for a good 6-8 mins in a drive through, just to drink this cup of, “I don’t even know what to call it” but definitely not coffee. Waste of money and waste of time.nThe company should do a better job at training people before a franchise is established.

SNOW NOT REMOVED FROM DISABLED PARKING AREA,MAKING WALKING DIFFICULT-SIGNS OF ONE PERSON SLIPPING AND DUMPING THEIR COFFEE-NOT ACCEPTABLE IN THIS AREA!! SERVICE EFFICIENT BUT NOT FRIENDLY. Filthiest Tim's I've ever seen. After my tepid counter service with no greeting and no smile, I made my way to a dirty table & chair that I had to try to clean myself. Observed no staff out cleaning the entire time I drank my coffee. But the worst was a horrifying trip to the washroom before leaving - the filthiest, most disgusting washroom I've ever seen! Worse than any diner, bar, or gas station ever. Terrible management, will never return.

This Tim Hortons suck. I’ve been here a few times. The lady preparing the food, makes you package your own order, does not close the lids properly and is just very cold and rude.

Yikes!!! Aug 2024 I found a black hair in my ice coffee nnUpdate May 24 at 9:15 amnI bought a large order including Tim Bits, donuts, coffee and a steak and egg on a English muffin. I just got home and there is no steak and egg on a English muffin!! How incredibly ANNOYING!! I’m taking away all my stars for that!!nAlso don’t bother calling the store as they don’t answer the phone.n….nnDelicious steak and egg English muffin with bacon $8.60 + sm coffeenTables need to be wiped off for customers to eat before the barely dirty floor is moped!
