Usually always friendly and helpful; happy to see you and the young people working there are polite. They offer to bring your tray to your table. They always have plenty of products.

Tim Hortons in general needs to shape up. Coffee is inconsistent, wait times are horrendous and general cleanliness of many restaurants needs work.
