“I recently visited the 1239 Donald st , and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any coffee shop. The team there was incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me warmly as soon as I walked in. Despite being a busy location, they moved quickly and efficiently, and my order was ready in no time. The staff even took the time to make sure my order was exactly right, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy my coffee and relax. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location – the customer service here really good

Disorganized and dirty. Placed my order for 3 items and had to come to the counter 3 separate times. My bagel was toasted when I clearly asked for it not to be. Generally speaking it's disorganized service and the pictures will show you that the place is dirty. I couldn't find a table without some food particles on it. I don't like to leave these kind of reviews. However, it wouldn't hurt them to pull a staff member out to clean.

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru with my girlfriend, and while I was quickly pulling up the app to collect my points, the employee, an Indian man, was extremely rude and impatient. He repeatedly told me to hurry up, even though I was only taking a couple of minutes. His tone was aggressive, and he even began arguing with my girlfriend, showing a lack of respect toward her. When we were trying to organize our drinks in the holder, he kept insisting we take them faster, speaking to us in an abrupt and disrespectful manner.nnWe asked him to relax and give us a moment to properly place the drinks, but he continued to be rude. I then asked to speak to the manager, but he was reluctant to call her. Eventually, he did, and we were able to discuss the situation with her. She was professional and handled the matter well, which was a relief.nnI'm really disappointed by how this employee treated us. Working in customer service, he should be trained to be more patient, control his tone, and treat customers respectfully. I hope this issue is addressed, and he receives the necessary training to improve his behavior.

I want to share my great experiences at the Tim Hortons. Every single time I visit, especially during the evening shifts, the staff are absolutely amazing. They are always responsible, attentive, and genuinely care about their customers. Their friendly smiles and positive attitudes create such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in their work and go out of their way to ensure everyone leaves happy.nEvery visit has been consistently wonderful, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making the experience so great. They're simply the best!

Signs at the front telling us to order from the kiosk but if you just go straight up to the counter it turns out you get priority service... Lady scolds me for having the audacity to take the medium double double that I ordered 7 minutes ago because someone went up to the counter to order hers and got it within 30 seconds. No system at all, no communication from the employees on what is even in the bags they are just flinging up to the front counter, no calling out names. Yes it was a busy time, but I'm not sure why I waited 7 minutes for a coffee and a donut while I watched at least 5 people that ordered after me get served in between the time I ordered and got my order. The person I was with got their stuff 30 seconds after ordering as well...
