Tim Hortons

Please AVOID this location! I had a very bad experience with them. I picked up a box of timbits and the box was dirty. I called to speak to Jasmine, the manager, and she was rude, dismissive, and not apologetic. It was very disappointing. Terrible customer service! Any advice on what to do in this situation?

I tried to get one farmers bacon rap I got a bacon egg Mac muffin look ahh lookin thingy on a biscuit and they also messed up on the frickin donuts “we asked for a apple fritter”

Great place. It's Tim Hortons! What else could a Canadian possibly say? Everything is great except sometimes we see employees doing unclean things. One time we say a lady wipe the counters with a clothe and gloves, then she prepared out food with the same gloves on?! Otherwise everything is as great as it can be.

Always friendly. However there was a bee buzzing around the donuts while I stood in line, landing on each one in the case. When I pointed it out to the person at the counter, he was clearly aware and didn’t care. So perhaps look out for any bug legs that may get stuck to the icing on your donut before consuming. nnUpdate: Tim Hortons has responded to this review asking for additional feedback... odd. What more do you want to know, and how would I provide it? This feels like a canned response to make it look like they're engaging with reviewers. Weak. Try harder Mr. Horton. Asked to use my points, girl scanned them, didn’t apply them, asked for payment, I asked again to use my points. She did, annoyed, and then gave me the wrong drink and closed the window. Only when the older lady is working do I get the correct order from this location. Speedy drive thru times don’t mean much without quality service.
